Stopped here for a massage and had great service from Jenny. Her massage was A+. She is an Asian woman looking to be in her 30's. Friendly with a nice smile and laugh. You will be comfortable with her. This Spa has a nice clean environment and I highly recommend her when wanting a massage.

Under new management. At one time, this was my favorite location. After coming into contact with the new owner, I have experienced very poor customer service. Not only she hang up on my when I tried to book an appointment. I called back and she purposely didn’t answer my call. I called from another line and she answered immediately. I requested an appointment for 3:30pm for 1 hour massage. She told me 7:00pm. If the new owner doesn’t want our money, I will most certainly find another company that does.

I just got of this place! I had an appointment at 3pm, they called me told me to come early, drove 30 minutes, after 8 minutes of the massage, someone came and they told me sorry but new customer came and you need to leave, in the middle of the massage! I have never seen this level of unprofessionalism in my life time in any business! Gross!!

Called and asked if Lee was still there and could I book an appointment with him. I was told yes come on in. When I got there I asked for Lee again. I wasn't told until after my massage that Lee was no longer there. I dont normally leave reviews at all but im leaving one. It was a total waste of my time. I didn't even realize I was getting a massage except for the fact I was mad the whole time. I asked for a lot of pressure and didn't feel a thing. Im sure the lady is an exceptional artist but I will not be back. My knots were completely ignored. I asked for a particular person because he is exceptional. Every knot in my shoulders and legs was ALWAYS taken care of and I've always left feeling great. Not this time. I'll drive back to fort worth in the future and deal with the traffic. 3/6/24 So the response a month ago was sorry about what happened and we hope you will come back now its we have changed to a new technique blah blah blah. I went to another massage place a few days later and felt great after so you might want to go back to your old way of doing massages. I was a loyal customer for over a year since I've only lived in Dallas that long. Now I'll be a loyal customer at the other place.

Walked in for 1hr session with Anna. I had sore back and hip from gym and golf. Was asked for kind of pressure I wanted. Asked for medium to hard. Anna focussed on the right areas and made sure my concerns were addressed. She took time and wasnt rushed. Overall a great place for sore backs :-)

5 stars when it was Virigin Island Foot Spa. Since the name/owners change, service as not been good and prices went up. They catch an attitude when you ask to be serviced by a female. They lady was so ruff I switch my 90 mins massage to a hour after 10 mins. The AC didnt seem to be working, or since they put up the walls up there is no air flow. My massage was not relaxing since the lady was playing music from her phone, that had commercials and people singing and her text messagenotificationswere going off.. Never have I had a massage anywhere that had music with singing. So I just put in my headphones and played my own mediation music. I won't be back.

New owners allegedly. Name hasn’t changed, all signage the same but suddenly quoted different prices. Loyalty cards not honored although still given out. Avoid. Edited: I was just there. You have a new stamper, it’s orange. You are still giving out loyalty cards. So are you saying that customers are bothering to do this and there’s no point? Be honest and throw away the cards, throw away all the old brochures with the old prices on them.

Great massage and price. Solid deep pressure body massage. The massage therapist was experienced in deep tissue. My back was injured when I arrived, and relieved when I left.
