Mani and pedi, not the basic. The ladies who work here deserve much more than stars. Wendy and Tu took care of me, scrubbing, cleaning, clipping, massaging, and ensuring every single nail was perfect. Very clean, professional, relaxing aura. There was no rush and redid one of my nails because it was not to their level of perfection, without me saying a word. I felt pampered the whole time I was there. I can tell everyone is a good person. I left wanting to buy them all a refreshing drink. Next time I will have to bring some in. I receive so many compliments on my nails, from the color, shape and shine. Thank you!

This has been my salon for roughly 10 years. They work very hard to make clients happy, and genuinely want to fix any issues. Prices are very reasonable, particularly given the level of service. I usually get a fill and Pedi -- the "Orange" Pedi is my favorite, it includes a timed massage, clay mask, and a wonderful scrub... and a mimosa! I've also enjoyed waxing of brows and legs ahead of a vacation. I've always been quite picky about my nails, this is the first salon I didn't have to ask for a specific person, because they're all very good. Highly recommend!

I hate that I’m writing this review, because I have sincerely devoted my patronage to this business to continue helping to fund it during the pandemic. I really am disappointed in their lack of morals and integrity. I came in last Saturday with my daughter and two nieces. I saw the business was very slow and a lot of ladies were sitting around waiting for customers. I asked for both of my nieces to get their nails painted and my daughter had an appointment already scheduled for a full set of nails. After my daughter showed the manager with Nails she wanted, she was quoted $55. Then the manager Gina informed me that the girls nails would be $10-$15 for just painting, but one of my nieces needed a manicure which would be $20. I said that was fine, 1 plain nail polish and 1 manicure with painted nails, and it was her prom that evening. After completing my daughters nails, she came and said that it was $75. I told her that’s not what she told my daughter. She continued to say it was for the length of the nails. Then her and her coworkers were continuing to speak in Vietnamese aggressively to each other, and then I said how much for the other nails. She said $35 pointed to my niece that was supposed to only have nails painted for $10. I started to get upset and I told them that I would not be coming back if this is how they do business. I felt very disrespected as I’ve spent thousands of dollars in this establishment. Not just nails, but haircuts and waxing. Gina the manager had nothing to say. I said very clearly in front of them I would not be back and I would not be giving them my business again. I waited to allow her to call and apologize since she has my direct cell phone number. She did not. This is not the first time they’ve done something very unprofessional. She has scheduled appointments with me in the past and had me sitting and waiting 30-45 minutes while she’s doing somebody else’s nails. Their time management is not great. And the quality of work has depleted as the quality of the products they’re using have depleted. Anytime I’ve gotten a full set, Nails start breaking, because the tip that is placed on my nail is a poor quality. Sometimes she has good nails and then sometimes she doesn’t. Just keep in mind that there are a lot of places you can continue giving business to and this is a place that may not value your money as much as another small business that is hurting for business. I hope they learn to treat their customers with respect.

I love it here omg the lady who did my nails the past 2 times I've been here has always done the best job I can't even explain like if you're not sure where to get ur stuff done do it here I swear on this place, I show her the design I want and she makes it better I get so many compliments bc of the nails she's done for me

I wish I still lived close I like the nail design and they make u feel at home here they get to know you and fix others mistakes with your nails. They also give you good pointers to take care of your nails.

They charged me more than should be!!! I ask for they for French nails that costs $5 dollars When the service ends she charged me 38 dollars!!! And I asked why(?) and she told me that she put me nail gel and another stuff that I didn’t ask for and she didn’t ask me if I want it to Very bad!

I walked in and wasn't greeted. I signed in and waited. Two different clients were finished during my time waiting. The technicians would glance at me but never spoke to me, I ended leaving, I read good reviews so wanted to try out this place. Disappointed by their lack or hospitality.

I've been going there for 24 years and I won't go anywhere else!!! Best highlights and nails you can find. It used to be called "New Impression" but even with the change in ownership it's still the same crew working. Let me tell you, I take public transportation and I no longer live in that area so it takes me 40 minutes on the bus to get there (passing about 15-20 other salons along the way). TOTALLY WORTH IT!!! The ladies there have become like extended family to me over the years. They saw me through both of my pregnancies and met each of my boys when they were only 2 days old. They've watched them grow up and become men with their own lives and they mourned with me at the loss of my mom. Maria even attended the service. Wonderful, wonderful ladies and EXTREMELY talented in their profession!!! Go to Sun Hair and Nails.... YOU'LL LOVE IT!!!!

If I could give this filthy Nail Salon a ZERO I would...What a waste of time sitting me down on the dirty chair with my feet in filthy water with nates and hair floating around in it just filthy... I couldn't take it I got up and walked out of that scum bucket bare foot and wet I didn't care... NEVER AGAIN WILL I SET FOOT THERE! SIMPLY GROSS GROSS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE... Good Luck future customers... Wishing your experience is way better than mine

Pedicure lady was really nice . I got a manicure by a blonde lady who was kind of rude.i made a comment of not knowing how to get on the chair because the plastic wall they have now n stuff was in the way . And she literally said YA YA WHATEVER. I almost left immediately. But said whatever. AND I still tipped !

Gina the owner is amazing she did such a good job on my nails I absolutely love them they're glow in the dark very few places have glow-in-the-dark acrylic and they came out wonderful I love them so much she is so awesome I definitely recommend this place have Gina doing she's excellent! 02/12/2020
