Absolutely terrible, I had heard good reviews from some coworkers but that is certainly not the experience I received. I’ll include the photos of what I requested and what I was forced to receive. I asked for the 35$ lavender pedi and 35$ collagen mani. The gentleman doing my pedi was methodical in his prep and gentle, however, he told me the color I asked for wouldn’t look good on me and told me to choose another, we did a lavender shade which I was okay with for the most part but the design I asked for was something he couldn’t do even though he told me before I sat down that it wouldn’t be an issue, all I wanted was a half daisy design at the base of my big toe nail. He asked to do his flowers instead I said, okay?? And I ended up with a kiddish three year old design that looks like snowflakes complete with random white drops 💦 to the side and silver sparkles on top. And that wasn’t even the worst of it. For my Manny… I asked for a honeysuckle yellow with two little daisy flowers on my ring finger… He didn’t do a white bass even though he said he needed it, so he did 17 coats on my nails to try and make the color show up properly… It was streaky and bubbled and looked absolutely terrible. I pointed this out midway through the process, and he refused to do anything about it. I kept showing him the photo over and over again to show him his reference which he was not following, he tried to leave me without the design and then I pointed out , that problem… He then did an absolutely terrible attempt at the design and I got him to corrected a few times and it was still atrocious. I told the gentleman doing my feet that I wanted it completely erased and redone, so we did that, and I just had him match the lavender tone that we had done on my toes and did not let him do a design, However, throughout this entire process cut me with the drill he cut my cuticles multiple times with the clippers. He was very aggressive. He forced doing my nails while I was getting my pedicure so I couldn’t relax. He hurt my shoulder, my arm repeatedly and then when it was time to check out, he told me $55 which was OK because it should have been 70 and I thought they gave me a discount for the problem and then after I left with the receipt it showed him charging me $95… I want all of it is not what I asked for in anyway shape or form I want a refund. Do NOT go here. I left crying, I never do my nails or my hair. I never really treat myself so this was a very rare occasion… And it was absolutely terrible. Also I never got the massages I paid for as part of the service and the man doing my nails so aggressively was flirting the entire time, it was entirely innapropriate and unwelcome. Joseph.

Omg these people suck I mean I came for a fill in and a pedicure and I been here 2 hrs for the lady to just be on my feet ain’t even started my nails yet. Don’t go here don’t recommend this place.

I came to this nail salon before hoping it got better since I had already wrote 2 reviews before. The nail salon had cockroaches running around and no one was getting rid of them. The lady who did my nails got sns powder everywhere on my skin and made it worse. I don’t recommend this salon at all.

I just got my nails done at 1:30 today and the nail tech got up maybe 7 times, was looking around the building more than my nails, and my nails came out uneven. Plus the tips of my nails still feel plasticy and rough. Not polished and smooth. Cost 55 dollars, will not be returning.

I went in with my daughter for gel manicures. The guy looked up like he didn’t want to put his phone down to help us. He pulled out the drill & got angry when I said I didn’t want him to use the drill. He waved his hand at me & said “I won’t help you.” The lady who was servicing a couple’s pedicure by herself interjected to say it would just be for the top of my nails & offered to help me instead. He was just too rude to spend my well earned money there.

I wish I could leave zero stars. This was the worst service that I've ever received in a nail salon. There were only 2 technicians working which I understand, however my service was rushed beyond belief. There was nothing relaxing about my pedicure especially since the tech was yanking and pushing my feet around. I do not recommend this business AT ALL!

If I could give zero stars I would. I went with a friend hoping to find our new regular nail salon. Both of us had acrylics on and asked for them to be removed and sns put on. They did not take off the acrylic, just filled them(without even getting all the old nail color off) and covered them with sns powder. The lengths are all different and don’t match up. My friend had a woman that was not trained and had no business doing nails. She applied the gel polish UNDERNEATH her nails. Do not go here if you want decent looking nails. Definitely not worth the money we spent and we will not be back

Never again I paid $60 to get my nails done. 3 days go by and one already fell off, she rush to do them and my nails does not look like how I thought. They supposed to be stiletto but look almond 😡

Not great with designs, this nail salon changed nail tech in the middle of service. They don’t listen to what customer wants to be done. I kept saying the colors yellow, white and green. She kept trying to put silver on my nails. It was not a very pleasant experience at all. I will not come back.

These people can’t do nails good at all. Over lay and polish just jacked up . As soon as I got home polish started peeling off when I washed my hand . Gel polish. I went back the next day and the lady cut my skin with her little drill. Got home again washed my hands polish started coming off again . I’m new to the Newnan. First time going into this place . Never again

Worst gel manicure yet in my search for a nail salon since I moved here over a year ago. They are flat looking & terribly thick & supposed to be coffin shaped, but look like rectangle shaped chicklets. None of them are the same length & they are rough on the edges. I was the first customer of the day, so he was in no rush this morning. I have one nail that actually is concave, with the tip longer than the others & it sticks up. There are bubbles in the polish & black stuff in the polish as well. When I tried to complain/get him to fix it, he became flustered & pretended he didn’t understand me….. I have lived all over the country & this is without a doubt the worst my nails have ever looked. I will not be back. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

Wouldn’t go to this nail salon. Gel manicure was rushed along and had polish all over my cuticles when complete. Gel didn’t have top coat in certain places and had small pieces of something in the gel that the tech noticed but chose not to take care of. When asked to fix at the end of the appt she filled down some of the bumps and said all better.

Went with my husband, son and daughter for Father's Day pedicures. The salon was very clean and the staff was very friendly and attentive to all of us. We will absolutely be visiting again!

Will never go back!! Tried to give this place try and try but after today I am done. Clearly they favor certain customers and treat others horribly. I am tired of spending my money at establishments that don't know how to provide quality care. Equipment is dirty, they do not sterilize equipment before they start doing services on another client.

Absolutely terrible!!! I have never had my nails look so bad in my life, and it’s not an exaggeration. I came in for a fill in and a nail repair. I also wanted a pink French tip. The one nail tip she put on…doesn’t even look like the rest, first of all it is a different shape and then it is bent downward. The French tip does not look like a French tip. It looks like half and half. I would never come back here even for a regular polish. The lady in the front did an terrible job on my nails. And they are bulky…the nails I came in with were not bulky but somehow I leave with my nails bulky and uneven.

Peter, Quinn, Susan, and Chi were quite lovely. They were quick and efficient, and since my sister and I got manicures and pedicures, we had each had a salon tech doing our hands and one doing our toes at the same time. Took about an hour once we got started. The only downside was that we were waiting for about 20 minutes while our pedicure water cooled (we were walk ins) and my sister said her manicurist was a bit rougher than she'd like. My nails also have a few missed spots so that's why 4 feels fair. Overall though, great experience and kind people. Sister paid $107 for lavender pedicure and dip nails, and I paid $100 for lavender pedicure and dip nails. (not sure what the price difference was there) see the photos for reference of mine.

Quinn gave me the most gentle and effective pedicure! She was able to remove my serious calluses and ingrown toe nails without pain. My manicurist was also very gentle. I very much enjoyed my services and will absolutely be back.
