First I quit coming bc yall do shitty job on nails. Then pedicure. Now today Linda did my eyebrows and was very rough w me. And tool some of my skin off my eyelid bc she was so fast and tough. I will never come here again. Yall suck

Super friendly and welcoming. Can't believe how affordable their services are and the range of services they offer are great. Also enjoyed the relaxing vibe.Will be going back regularly.

The only place my wife likes to go! We live on the west side now and she still drives to this nail place to get her nails and toes done. She says they’re very kind and friendly and do excellent work!

Update a year later: I have found my people that I like and feel comfortable with. The pedicures are still top notch and my nail girl is on point every time. I show her a picture of what I want and she does it or better. I kept going due to the convenience of the location and I am glad that I have stuck with the same pedicurist and nail person for me. No complaints for now! Went from a 1 star to a 2 star with the right people! Past review: It's very unfortunate, but I've been here three times for my nails and every single time I have left extremely disappointed. Its my fault for coming back. Their pedicures are the best in the area but the way they do the nails is absolutely horrendous. I have had 3 people do my nails and this time the lady kept insisting my middle finger nail was just pointing a different direction but she and thr previous lady filed it wrong so now they are not square. After discussing back and forth a while and me trying to explain what was wrong, she gave me the nail file so I could do it myself since she couldn't. When she started doing my nails she sat me down after her previous client and started taking my old dip before changing the old towel that had all the nail clippings from the previous client. She also placed the cuticle cutter in her drawer without cleaning it. Absolutely gross. My hands and nails look horrible, the dip powder is everywhere, the dip went over my cuticles. The two times before they also did not do a great job with my nails, they were uneven and it felt rushed. Again it is my fault for keeping on going but I do like to give places the benefit of the doubt. I'm sad that it could not be better as the place is so convenient to my home.

Went to get an acrylic fill in on my toes and the lady drilled my skin as well as the cuticles she drilled way too far down. I’m leaving with a huge open sore on my toe and after confronting her she said noooooo like she didn’t just drill down the skin on my toe…….

Go to lotus nails on yellow bluff, across the street. They do better nails and pedicure. Also your dip nails are done the right way at lotus, they don't dip you finger into the jar like rose nails does and thats not sanitary. Also, the artists at lotis know how to apply dip powder directly to the nail w a brush and it's flat and not bumpy like rose nails. Lotus did my nails right the first time, they're up there w atlanta nail techs...so I will only coke back to lotus for an eyebrow wax and they better listen or I'll never come back for that as well. The staff at rose nails makes a lot of excuses of why their nails need to be done over and over, it's too dark, they're tired blah blah. You won't receive that bs at lotus nail

Decided to try out the new salon and received the WORST service. They do NOT listen to what the customer wants, or length they desire, and when asked to fix it to accommodate the paying customer they get a nasty argumentative attitude and kick you out. Telling you to go elsewhere. Thank goodness there are other salons with BETTER customer service and quality. Be wary of this Salon.

I always get my nails done by Tammy and she always does an amazing job. We always do 2d and 3d nail art and she never fails me. I recommend everyone to her and I would never go anywhere else.

I had the $65 pedicure, gel manicure and left a nice tip thinking that the technician did a great job. Once I got home, I saw that she had cut my big toe in three places. I knew she snipped a small piece but not this extensive. This nail salon is within perfect distance to my neighborhood; however, I will NOT return.

I'm from MN and rarely go to any nail salons because one of my friends always does it because she is a professional. I was worried because I don't like when new people do my nails but this nail salon is very good and professional! I highly recommend 👌

***ADDITIONAL REVIEW*** I had a quick trip arise and called last minute. Sam was not available,but Tammy was able to fit me in. She was wonderful and my nails are beautiful. (Pink/white/gold) ****ORIGINAL REVIEW****Sam is my nail tech, and she is fantastic!! She is great with detail.(blue) My fill is always even, and she never damages my cuticles. Her designs are very creative, and her conversation is always pleasant. The shop is clean, the colors are plentiful and the prices are comparable. I made an appointment and still had to wait, but, to be fair, it was a Saturday mid-morning when nail shops are BOUND to be packed. I recommend this shop, and it's 40 minutes from my house, so I am truly being honest when I say they are worth the trip.

I came here to get my nails and my daughter’s nails done. My daughter picked to colors and the lady mixed one of them up. My daughter was 5 and didn’t say the colors were wrong until she came to show me. I was over getting a pedicure so I didn’t see what was happening. I told them the color was wrong she said that’s what we chose, when in fact it was not. The lady proceeded to ask my child why she didn’t say anything. Then when she fixed it she says loudly GO TO YOUR MOM! And all of the other workers started joking and laughing. My daughter had no clue what was happening. I kept my cool because I needed to get my nails done because of a trip. The same lady did my nails and once she started talking to me and found out I was a teacher, she changed how she talked to me and was trying to be nice. I still tipped, but I’ll never come back here!

I'm being generous with 2 stars. I literally came here for the hand massage treatment because I work with my hands, so they are rough and after repeatedly saying I wanted a #4... I barely got a passable #1. The pedicure was ok. But I didn't come here with the focus on my feet which makes this terrible!!!

I’ve never been to this salon but I was really pleased with the services I got. The workers are welcoming and kind. I got a French gel manicure with a hibiscus. Go book my girl Tammy she did a really good job and did exactly what I showered her. I was left super pleased with my nails. 😊

Everyone was nice. Got a full set. Nails are crooked and due to nail tech not being experienced or lacking the care to glue my nail tips correctly…. They just look weird.

I’ve been going here more than a year. I came in because another nail shop near by caused two of my nails to grow bacteria on my nail. Sun Rose Nails Spa has been taking care of my nails (feet and hands) ever since. I go biweekly and I have no complaints. Tina is my favorite. I’ve tried almost every nail technician before specifically requesting Tina. Is always clean, courteous & friendly staff. They offer water. Restroom is clean. Prices are reasonable. I highly recommend Sun Rose Nails & Spa to everyone.

Service was nice. Ari was my nail tech. Gel nail manicure chipped the very next day. I paid $105 + $15 tip. I received a regular polish pedicure #4 ($50), and a gel polish manicure. I soaked off acrylic on my fingers ($15) and had gel polish removed off of my toes ($5)

Stay away from this place. They mistreat the elderly when they tell them something is wrong with their service. Imagine if it were your mother or grandmother that was treated in a disrespectful way.

The lady doing my daughter’s pedicure was talking about the lady doing’s my pedicure every time she walked away. The pedicure was rushed, the polish is lumpy, it was a complete waste of money. I would definitely suggest going somewhere else

What I wanted vs what I got & when I asked the lady could she fixed my nail she said “oh my gosh” and started speaking in Vietnamese. At first she was really nice but when I asked her to fix them she caught an attitude and made it seem like I was bothering her and my powder had glitter in it and I said I didn’t ask for that but she said that’s how it comes & also from the first time she didn’t clean the leftover polish around my nail and also the second time she didn’t either. IF YOU COME HERE PLS AVOID THE LADY WITH THE SHORT PURPLE HAIR!!!! I REPEAT AVOID THE LADY WITH THE SHORT PURPLE HAIR.

I started coming here when the salon first opened up for the convenience, and I had a really great experience for the first year after that the quality and customer service started to go down quite fast. They up charge on their prices without telling you. The receptionist will start on your nails and pass off to someone else. Meanwhile, she takes 13 phone calls and assist five people during that time.

$53 for a gel pedicure and she didn’t even polish my whole toe nail lol. Pic was taken after my “hot stone pedicure” 😂 The “hot stone massage” lasts 10 seconds, and definitely is not worth it, it’s just someone quickly swiping 2 luke warm rocks on your legs. The pedicure was super aggressive and she didn’t care if I was comfortable or not. Go somewhere else and get better service at a cheaper price.

It's actually horrible, the people are nice but why are my nails uneven, lumpy, chipped, and literally going up? My nail is gone so i don't even know how to take my nails off and i got cut. Never going here again

Terrible. Horrible experience. They told my friend they could recreate a picture she showed them and they turned nothing out like the picture. When she went back to say something because they came out NOTHING like how she showed them. They told her that it wouldn’t come just like the picture and completely dismissed her. Absolutely terrible. Stay away from this place.
