I really really wanted to like this place. I was so excited for my facial too, which made how terrible the treatment was feel absolutely worse. I am a contact lens wearer and told the therapist this and to please be careful of my eyes. She proceeded to massage cream -quite literally- in inward and upward motions into the inner corners of my eyes. She also made the same motion upwards&inwards over my nose. This made it difficult to breath as during a facial you often have product on and cannot breath through your mouth. When I had to stop her to wipe my eyes telling her she got the product in my eyes, she continued to do so. The therapist also solicited me on multiple occasions, pressing me to buy more add on services, despite me saying no thank you several times. Once I stood firmly and said I was comfortable with my original treatment purchase, she neglected to give me the full treatment. She instead placed an over-the-counter Korean sheet face mask on my face and left the room for at least 15 minutes. The reason I even realized I had been left alone in the room that long was because my skin began to tingle and burn. I had to remove the sheet mask myself as it was burning for being on so long and she was still not back in time for another 5 minutes. And that was it. That was the treatment. To make matters worse the company insisted despite all of this that I pay for this service. I stood my ground based on my experience, but I was still asked to pay partial compensation. And while this was happening the therapist and her colleague came into the reception and were speaking about me in front of me. This was so uncomfortable I left as fast as I could and was so sad. Maybe if they had handled it more professionally/respectfully and given me proper compensation I would think about returning. I will not be going back again.

I really really wanted to like this place. It’s close to home and it’s a nice calming place but if only they spoke English or I spoke their language. I went for a 90min massage, the first 30minutes was with a towel on top of me and was on my stomach the whole time, they did offer a discount which was nice. They had a promotion for a facial and Massage and I asked if they had someone that spoke English and I was assured they did so I gave them a second chance. They spoke very little English but we could not have a conversation and they pulled out a google translate at the end when I was upset that they shaved my face during the facial, I was tense throughout the facial and massage and not a relaxing experience. It’s also not cheap, I spent $120 for the 90 minute massage and $180 for the facial/massage promo. I will sadly not be back.

Amazing service, and quick and easy to book a same day appointment! Lily could immediately tell where I held my tension and pain and was very attentive. Will definitely be coming back!

My boyfriend and I got facials here and were disappointed. We asked for extractions and they were quite minimal, and the products used did not feel high quality. Our estheticians also did not really speak English and my boyfriend asked several times what they were doing and was met with silence. Three stars because the massage I received with the facial was very good.

The first time I went to this spa for a couples massage in May, I had a pretty good experience. Unfortunately, my experience last weekend prompted me to leave a negative review. I booked a hour long couples massage. The massage was very rough & many times I was tensing up. It was also rushed. She was in the middle of massaging my legs when the other woman in the room said something to her in their language. She then quickly proceeded to wipe me down with a hot rag & told me it was over. After leaving the spa, we stopped to take a picture & one of the women who did our massage walked up to us & begged us for a tip!

Hi ? My husband and I visited this place very clean and friendly employees but massage were kinda rough I had my back swollen for two days after that and red . Stayed with my pain and my husband too

Highly recommend Linda! She went above and beyond and somehow just knew exactly where I needed worked on next, and she was very knowledgeable and made sure to get the surrounding areas where the tension would be coming from

I went to Sun & Sky for the first time today for the massage and facial special. It was soooo relaxing and felt amazing. I fell asleep at some point during the facial. I felt that that masseuse, Maple, was very thorough and no part of the service felt rushed. Highly recommend!! I’ll be back for sure.

I went to the spa for a massage and a facial for my birthday. It was not a great experience. The massage was very painful I had to let the masseuse know several times she was being too rough, and yet she continued being rough, it was uncomfortable. The facial was ok but the woman who did it was very rough rubbing my foot and I had to tell her she’s hurting me. The worst part of this experience is the fact that the woman who did my facial followed me to the bank and waited to get a tip. Be careful going to this spa, I woke up in pain from the massage. Horrible service. I do not recommend this spa to anyone. DO NOT GO TO THIS SPA AT ALL!

Got a massage yesterday for my sisters birthday. It was suppose to be a Swedish massage but felt like a deep tissue. Numerous times throughout the massage I had to tell him he was being too rough. It was not relaxing at all. I usually fall asleep during massages but this one was too uncomfortable. And Today my body aches. So disappointed, I was really looking forward to this massage for weeks.

The massages here are good and you’ll have a good experience. The facial people try and upsell too much and the pressure is uncomfortable. I purchased the facial with microderm which was great but they tried to upsell me with a hydrating mask for $30 more; I did it thinking I’d get a great result but it wasn’t anything to pay extra $30 for. Massages I’ll come back for and facials are good enough for the price if you need a quick refresh and just say no to anything extra, not worth it.

I visited Sun & Sky recently for a couple’s massage. They may have made updates in response to prior feedback because contrary to some of the reviews I read beforehand, they do play relaxing spa music and use massage oils at no extra cost. The spa looked clean and had a calming smell. The only downside to the environment is that the walls are not soundproof, so you can hear if others are speaking loudly to one another outside the treatment room. Now, on to the massage. Overall, it’s not my top choice the city, but the massage did relieve my muscles and the prices are competitive. It was also easy to book an appointment online, so I’d consider going again if you want a massage last minute and the location is convenient for you. Here is where I think they can improve: 1) They tell you to get undressed to where you are comfortable and lay down on the table. The sheet they provide to lay under is incredibly thin (see photo). Luckily, once they start the service, they bring another towel to drape over you, but being greeted by the see-through sheet and thinking that’s all you’ll get is not a comforting first impression. 2) The woman who showed us to our room asked us if we had any injuries, but after that, the two therapists who came to give the massages barely communicated with us. My partner’s therapist asked him what pressure he preferred, but mine did not. Usually, it’s best practice to ask if there are any areas you want to focus on or avoid, but they just went straight into it. 3) The entire 1 hour massage was completely face down. I’ve never had a massage where you do not turn over halfway through. Not only does this limit the muscles they can actually address, but it’s very uncomfortable laying face down on the firm table for so long. We both had stiff jaws after. 4) They wipe the massage oil off your body at the end. Unfortunately, the towels they use for this are quite rough, so it’s not the most pleasant experience after you’ve just had a relaxing massage.

RUN AWAY NOW the 2-hour massage for $120 is not worth it. There is no relaxing music, no robes, no nice spa smell and to top it off the massage is more like skin rubbing. However, the massage was horrible. He had no clue what he was doing. This place is like a dirty happy ending place, that we've always heard of. FYI the therapist did not inappropriately touch me. They appear to only have male therapists. Go to Groupon and find a good spa treatment.

This was the best massage we have ever had! Super easy to book. The staff were very welcoming. The entire place was very clean and our massage therapists knew how to give a massage! We paid $180 total for 1.5 hour massage for my husband and I. Very reasonably priced. I wish we had this back at home because I would be a regular customer. 10/10 recommend!

I give this place a four because it was accommodating in my time change- I was running late and the price for an hour was great. I received an hour long Swedish massage for $70. It almost felt like a deep tissue massage. The spa is really basic. It has a small lounge space to sit and wait and then small rooms for the massages/treatments. Overall staff were friendly. I think for quick self-care this place can do the job.

I took my mom in for a stone massage for her birthday, and she really loved it. A great experience. The place is very quiet. Very relaxing, beautifully decorated and the staff are very kind. Soooo clean! ✨️ Will definitely be going back.
