I can't really say anything about their massages. However, the person that opened 12/14/24 is rude af in other venues. I was checking out at a nearby store and she kept throwing her items on the belt so they intermingled with mine, giving me a bland look when I turned to find out what was going on. They she rushed passed me in the parking lot, made eye contact and blew smoke at me. Tis the season, I guess.

Just stopped by today and had a great massage, masseuse had really good deep tissue techniques. The place is clean and therapist was friendly, will definitely come back in the future.

I got a one hour sweetish massage and she was very thorough. The Massage was not my issue. When I go to pay, I paid the massage with my credit card ($70) and left a 20% cash tip ($15). She flat out tells me that I should tipher more and if I had $5 more dollars to give her. I think it was very rude and unprofessional to expect a tip more than 20%. I’ve never been considered a stingy tipper, and I definitely left there with a bad taste in my mouth after that. I will not be returning.

today was my first time going to Sun Spa Massage & they happily took me with no appointment necessary. Bee is who did my nails & she did amazing, the staff was super friendly & interactive which made everything so much more comfortable, everyone including other customers were very sweet, will definitely be back!

I've been there twice, both times the massage was good. The first time I gave a $10 tip, the second time was less than 50 minutes and when I left I was asked for a tip. I don't think they should ever ask for a tip. They should earn it and not expect it. If they want it they should go the extra mile and never leave a customer feeling like they didn't get what they paid for. I would like this issue corrected and I will probably change my review if it is.

My favorite place for back massage is Sun Spa Massage. Mia with her magical hands is the best masseuse that I have experienced. With having had 2 lumbar surgeries in the past Mia knows how to relax my lower back. 👍👍

They were able to get us in right away when we called and did a great job. We plan on going back next week for a hot stone massage. $60 was a great value for the massage. To address another concern that someone else listed… yes they ask you to pay up front. But they leave the option to tip until after. I can totally understand why they want people to pay up front as there is always a risk of someone bolting after the service was provided.

We went for a couples massage, and they had two girls for us, but a mix up in comunication, and my wife ended up with a male masseuse. Not what she wanted, but she went with it. Got a good massage in the end. I had Lucy for the second time, and she was great. We will return when we get back to San Antonio.

I had to pay up front, additional charge was added for paying with a credit card, and was told the tip was low so I had to give a bigger tip. Have not had a similar experience anywhere.

Recommend back-walking AShiatsu.strong hands and elbows. Gets crowded sometimes in the evenings.

The massage therapists were nice and the place was clean. However I had to pay up front (never in all the massages I've had did I pay in advance, and because I'd never been here before I wasn't going to leave a large tip not knowing the quality of the massages but I had every intention of leaving an additional tip if the massage experience was worth a bigger tip). My daughter and I were taken back to our rooms, there wasn't anything to cover up with. When I asked about getting a sheet, I was brought a little bath towel. And yes it was cold outside. When the therapist began, she put room temperature oil on my back, not pleasant! More of an unpleasant shock, nor did she use any type of aroma therapy. I felt like the massage therapist wasn't into the the therapeutic aspect of massaging. The biggest surprise was after the massage when the therapist brought me my receipt, told me my daughter hadn't tipped (which she wasn't able to do because her receipt didn't have an option to tip and yes she did intend to tip her therapist) and that I hadn't tip enough!!! For $60.00, I expected a professional massage! Not one where I was cold the entire time and left feeling like I still needed a massage. Unfortunately, my daughter's experience was the same. Very disappointing and WON'T be going back here!!! Addition to the review....after further discussing this experience with my daughter, she told me her massage didn't use any oil or lotion! What did we pay $120.00 + for?
