Subject: Concern Regarding Changes to Membership Services Dear Sunday Sun Spas Team, I am writing to express my disappointment with recent changes to your membership services at the corporate level. To clarify, the in-store employees have consistently provided excellent service, and I greatly appreciate their professionalism. However, I’ve noticed a significant decline in customer service and support from the corporate side, which has been frustrating. I have been a loyal member of Sunday Sun Spas for over six years, utilizing various skincare services like red light therapy, saunas, and light therapies. The red light therapy, in particular, is the most important service for me. When I signed up, my contract allowed for 20-minute red light therapy sessions, which is also the recommended duration for optimal results. Recently, I was informed that my membership now only allows for 10-minute sessions, a significant reduction. I’ve spent thousands of dollars over the years on additional therapies and products and have always valued your services. When I raised this issue with your corporate team, explaining the importance of the 20-minute sessions to me and my loyalty over the years, my request to honor the original contract terms was denied. I find it disheartening that corporate seems more focused on shaving minutes off services rather than recognizing the loyalty and investment of long-time members like myself. I hope that you will reconsider this decision and restore the original terms of my membership to reflect the commitment I’ve shown to your company. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I really like the customer service and quality and cleanliness of this plan. My problem is with the fact that I didn't know a certain medication I take can make your skin more sensitive. It's not recommended I do the red light therapy. I had signed up originally to see if it would help the eczema for which I'm taking this medication. I signed up with a 1/2 off the first month deal to try it and when I found this out, I tried to cancel, but they said I still have to pay for one full month. That doesn't seem right since I can't really safely use the equipment and I didn't know that when I signed up.

I absolutely love my tanning routine at Sundays! It’s so relaxing, I often say excuse me while I escape to paradise for about 10 minutes!! The staff and the professional manner that they express is like none other! They keep me beautifully golden, with their advice and suggestions. If you haven’t experienced Sundays, you have no clue about what you are missing!! Go today and find your fantasy paradise!!

My new favorite tanning salon! The space is very clean and the manager was super helpful! The beds were like awesome spaceships (lol) with tons of bells and whistles.

Sunday's is a great experience for me every time I go in. The staff are always super informative very friendly and services always top notch. I don't tan real easily and the son I just burned but I can say that going to sunday's I have a beautiful natural-looking tan. I recommend sunday's 100% to anyone who's trying to feel good and relaxed well getting a nice beautiful tan.

Tried to cancel my membership twice and they still kept taking out the money. Last girl only canceled my membership not my wifes associated with the account. Manager acted like it was a hassle to help me and stated couldn't refund my last month even though the girl didn't cancel both accounts. Be careful when letting them draft your account.

Don't trust them for one of two reasons. 1 they steal your jewelry if you accidentally leave it they will not return it to you please make sure you always check to make sure you have grabbed all of your stuff. 2 if they didn't steal the jewelry then they obviously are also not doing their job and cleaning the rooms very well. Obviously it is my fault that I left my rings in the first place but I hoped that I could trust that I could call in the person that clean the room would have put my rings where I could get them the following day and instead no one knows anything I will never trust my business with them again!
