Visited from out of town today and it had the pleasure of being helped by Raegan. I was thoroughly impressed by her exceptional service. Despite the place being extremely crowded, Raegan managed to accommodate every customer with a warm and welcoming smile. She effortlessly juggled multiple task ensuring that everyone felt attended to. Her attentiveness, friendly demeanor, and professionalism made me want to recognize her.

They mislead you. Paid for a month of tanning, did not tell me they would run the card the following month as I only needed base tan for summer. When I noticed my card had been ran, I called and asked them to freeze my account. Was told if they ran my card for $5 a month and it would be returned when I unfroze the account. Walked in to unfreeze and the said I have to pay a difference for the rest of the month. When I reached out to Corp, every site says they are corporate. This place is a joke and the ladies are liars and mislead you. I have already had 3 friends cancel and join me at the gym for waaaaay less and nicer atmosphere. Shame on them for robbing people and not trying to make it right.

From the moment I walked in on day one until the end of my first week, the staff, Kelsey and Kimberly in particular, have ALWAYS been beyond kind, fun, educational, quick to assist and interested only in making my experience flawless. The facility is amazing—so many offerings to choose from and attention to detail, including how spectacularly clean it stays is beyond compare. I am so happy I decided to join for all the spa offerings, as well as, tanning. The people there, make you look forward to going! Thanks Kelsey and Kimberly!!

This places billing is a complete SCAM. Do not sign up. When I did, the manager told me she would make sure to cancel it. I’ve been calling the customer service line and never got through nor is there a voicemail- I finally got through a week after the month and I now have to pay for 2 extra months. I asked if there’s anything I can do to use the credit at a later date since I’m out of the state and the customer service rep, Sharon, said very rudely “no.”

Beds are always clean & well maintained. I like the Versa spray tan system. Employees are friendly and not to pushy on the lotion sales.

Sundays is the best and the Great Neck location is my home location. I've had great experiences at two other locations as well. HEAR THIS: Cheap tanning ain't good and good (great trust me) tanning ain't cheap! I figured i'd save some money as i really didn't need all the spa services (except i used a bunch of them with my previous membership gift yourself 20 minutes in the zero gravity massage chair and then soak in the hydrospa or vice-versa it's a little piece of Nirvana) and they didn't have a tanning only plan that i liked so i tried the big box gym that has tanning beds and WAY too much purple in the decor. I went once...burned (which is silly as i take sun and tanning really well) and by the time i cancelled the membership probably spent twice the month's charge for full salon services at Sundays. You don't have to take it from me but you should! Kelsey and the crew at Great neck are the cream of the crop. Oh gotta go duck into the Sun Angel bed for a safe, clean nap!

I have to say this location has the nicest, most efficient people to interact with. They remember you and treat you like family every time you come in. Try them out. They have open house going on now or ask to see if you can try a week. You will not be disappointed. Thank goodness my daughter introduced me to this place a few years ago.

I was in VA for a long work trip and wanted to leave with a nice tan. Every day that I came in I was impressed by the staff, they were always attentive and got me set up quickly. I loved having this a place I could stop in to relax for a bit. Much appreciated.

Terrible…. if you’re wanting to go tan do not go here… The employees are very short with you and are just trying to sell you something. For a spray tan here and I’ve had many many spray tans in my life and this time it came out blotchy. I complained and they said they could do nothing about it and it was my fault… stick with your small businesses for tanning
