I bought my wonderful Hearthstone woodstove there nine years ago, visited the other day and found they really were not interested in dealing with any facet of woodstoves, sounds like some other dealer in the area should jump on this opportunity?

Bought my stove here 4 years ago, stove is great but.... I paid upfront, took 4 months before I actually recieved it. Upon installing, they hit my chimney with the lift and cracked it, I knew they did but couldn't prove it was them although I did have a full housing inspection 2 years prior with 0 cracks in chimney. Then they charged me for the lift, also charged for the chimney repar....repair....which I hoped was done correctly. I've used them for my cleaning and inspection the last few years but decided on a different company this year and now I not only see the damaged caused but also see the garbage patch job that I was charged for. Not only was it not repaired properly, but what was "repaired" looks like somone took a cauk gun to it. My new inspection company are fire department related and he agreed, not only does it appear it was hit and damaged by the lift but the "repair" job was garbage. Definitely regretful that I gave them buisness. Posted photos, you tell me if I'm wrong. Photos keep getting deleted but I'd be happy to share with anyone. Just recieved a Estimate to fix the damage that was caused....$8500! So they caused $8500 of damage, charged me an additional couple thousand to "fix" it, slapped some cauk in there and left me with an additional $8500 bill....I'm disgusted right now.

A Sunfire tech corrected problem with our gas logs but problem recurred two weeks later. Company sent Jerry, a senior tech who not only corrected the problem; he cleaned out the debris and and showed us exactly how to care for our logs to prevent future problems - all at no charge! Obviously, this company stands behind their work and makes any glitches good quickly and graciously. They're the ones we'll rely on in future.

I had my pellet stove insert and chimney cleaned and inspected by Sunfire Energy Solutions. The two Technicians, Ryan and TJ, did an outstanding job! They were efficient and knowledgeable and it was a pleasure working with them. I would highly recommend the services of Sunfire Energy Solutions if you are looking to have your pellet stove and chimney cleaned and serviced.
