Amy is my favorite ,Yes, yes and yes - this place has never disappointed me. Whether it’s same day appointments ( sometimes I called even an hour before 😊) or it’s special requests (shoulder, neck, ankles) or it’s just smiles - this place is a gem! Highly recommended！

Gina gave a fantastic massage. She had just the right amount of pressure for my surgical recovering arm/shoulder. Got the knots out of my left scapula area. She’s fantastic, will definitely come back to see her.

Perfect massage experience. I’ve taken massages for decades, in many styles and countries - Cici is at the very top. She has the full range of techniques, and has the sensitivity to know how to treat each spot. We are lucky to have such skills available here, and in a very good facility, with very flexible booking options.

Best massage place in Cary. If you like deep tissue massages, this is the place to go. The staff are kind and trustworthy. I accidentally left my gold earrings and necklace there after a massage and they held it for me until I could return a few days later.

Good massage. If you tip below 20% they say “no, no. 20%” and hit the backspace key on the terminal so you can try again. Unsure if I will return. The massages are good. Better than most but here I am 24 hours later still with a bitter taste in my mouth about the tipping experience.

I would Highly recommend finding another Massage place. I went there on Monday the 23 for a Deep Tissue Massage 90 minutes with Amy Cheng. They were 15 minutes late, was not a big deal. Upon going back and getting on the table she started massaging me with no talking or asking what I like or wanted her to work on. She started massaging me on top of the sheets which did not feel good. I question this but she spoke very little english. After about 15 min of this she started using oil but was very rough she asked and I told her that she was too rough this went on for a while. I keep explaining to her that she was hurting me not massaging me. towards the end she got on the table and on top of me straddling me and proceed to massage(if you call it that) my already sore back. I questioned her again. I have gotten over 40 massages over the past several years almost all 90 minute deep tissue. I have never been in more pain leaving then I was when I came. That night my wife look at my back and said what the crap did she do, I have bruises all over my back. I did reach out to the business the day this happened and still no response. I have also spoke to several massage therapist and they all said the same thing either she does not know what she is doing or she did not care. I recommend to never go to this place unless you enjoy torture.

There was a really big language barrier with the person that did my massage. We had to use a phone to translate. She asked no back massage? I nodded and said yes I want my back massaged. The hour was up and she never rubbed my back. I will not be coming back

I made an appointment and they didn’t write it down and when you walk in they don’t even try to fix it they just tell you to leave. Horrible customer service

I went to Sunrise Bodycare for a 90 minute Swedish massage. Luci was my massage therapist. I have serious lower back issues; Sciatica, spinal stenosis, bone spurs, etc. I was hurting so bad so I needed a massage quickly. They accommodated me the same day. Luci gave me one of the best massages I've had (and I've had many over the years). She was attentive to my back issues and applied the right amount of pressure and made sure it was the right amount as she went to different parts of my body. Luci is fantastic!!! I am so much better today. I will be back to see Luci again soon. I highly recommend Luci if you need a great massage!

I'm not sure if this place is new or if it's a hidden gem, but I just had the best massage of my life. My therapist was so thorough and located and fixed the problem areas. I knew I had some issues, but I had no idea how much pain I was carrying around until it was released. Fantastic massage. I will absolutely be going back.

Awesome experience over and over. I had no idea how badly I needed a massage and I was taken good care of. A wonderful day afterwards, and an excellent night of sleep. I will definitely recommend. They are all licensed, serious professionals so, if you want your healthcare to pay for the sessions, get a prescription from your doc/nurse. | came back again, and again, wonderful experience... I will definitely come back :-) Great massage again ! Yep, once again. I can't get enough !

I just got the 90 minute deep tissue massage with Cindy and oh my gosh. This was the absolute best massage I have ever gotten. I have never felt so loose and relaxed. Cindy really took her time on my tight/knot filled areas, stretched my arms and legs, and even at the end wiped down my body with a hot towel to get the lotion/oil off. There is no question I will be back and book with Cindy!

I love sunrise. Cindy in particular is amazing. Not just great with her hands but she uses these sweeping motions with her arms and elbows that really help relax the muscles. I have a lot less back pain since I started seeing Cindy.

It was my first time here and I got a massage from Cindy. I work long hours on the computer and my back and shoulders get stiff and tired. She worked really well on those muscles and helped in loosening them. She also did a lot of stretching. Overall it was a great massage and I will definitely book again with her.

My medical massage from Sunrise a few days ago was a great experience. She was very conscientious of the pressure he used and checked in with me a lot on my comfort level. She took the time to work on specific areas and make sure the right amount of pressure was being applied. She used a medical cream that warmed my back after the massage driving home. The next day my back and shoulders felt much more free and supple and I had more range of motion. Amy was very professional and knowledgeable. Friendly customer service and affordable prices. I highly recommend it.

Lindsay literally just saved my life today. I'd been dealing with some stressful weeks and it seemed to manifest in a paralyzing knot in that locked up my back this morning as I woke up. I could barely crawl out of bed and breathing felt tight and unnatural. Fortunately, Sunrise had a single appointment slot available on a Saturday (no one else did). I told Lindsay my issues and she made some recommendations that I went with (heated towel, hot rocks). I was in deep pain and I needed a deep treatment. Lindsay started of gentle to ease me in and then she let me have it. She really dug deep into me and it's like her hands were psychic. She found every spot that had ever bothered me and that was currently bothering me. She rung out all the pain in my back. The experience was clean, soothing, and by the end, after all my knots had been rooted out, I could have just slept on the table. I will definitely repeat and become a routine customer!

The reflexology massage was good but not the back massage ~ she hit bone and was also a very anxious person who did not contribute to a relaxing experience. I still tipped but will not be back, and was not asked how it was.
