I've been walking around with an embarrassingly poor haircut from Kyle at Sunrise Salon in Sarasota. I left the salon hopeful that once I wash and style it, it would lay nicer. It didn't. I had to go through Christmas, a New Year's Eve, party, and my birthday with an uneven, choppy cut with one side flipping out. I had asked for so little, "a nice balanced cut" not even caring how long or short. So this is completely unacceptable. And, Kyle (admitting the cut "needs more texturizing to blend the lines out") hasn't offered to fix or refund. It's been three weeks.... Very unprofessional. Putting this out to save others the frustration and embarassment.

Lisa cut my very curly hair and blew it out straight. What a change! She also did my sister's hair. She did a great job! Highly recommend them. Update: Still 5 stars. Michele is my new stylist. She does a great job. They were very busy today.

Just had my haircut and styled by Kyle. He works meticulously and the results sure showed. I have had my haircut in Miami by one of the best and I have to say that Kyle matched that talent hands down!

My hair turned out great & color is fabulous as Per usual! I've been going there for years & have had each of the 5 stylist at 1 point, do my Hair.

Went here for high/ low lights and a cut. Michele was friendly and accommodating but I'm honestly so disappointed with my hair. I wanted black low lights or very very dark brown but got almost the same brown as my hair color, they are barely noticeable, along with platinum highs. The highlights themselves are about a half inch back from my scalp (giving the appearance of already grown out highlights) and don't blend well at all. The hair cut I got was nothing like what I asked for. Basically she just trimmed my hair, . There's no style and it's very bland. Money spent was not worth it, I will have to pay someone else to do what they cannot. :(

Ladies here were very nice and squeeze me in at the last minute to get my hair done as a guest to a wedding. They were very accommodating and where are friendly and receptive to the hairstyles I wanted
