Booked a group of five a month in advance. Reconfirmed on the phone two days before. Show up to find one person trying run the whole place by herself. Said the rest were on their way back from lunch.. Charged 2 in my group upfront. Rooms had a curtain for privacy, no doors. We were uncomfortable so asked for refunds and left.

Had an appointment for a couples massage. Arrived and they tried to put us In separate rooms. We said no we have an appointment for same room couples massage, after a lot of communication barrier figured out had to wait 30 minutes to get into room for couples massage. Get into room and wanted payment of $120 for an hour massage when I gave them the card they said it would now be $127.. then $128 assuming extra charge for using card?? Massage was fair, the one gal tried to burn my wife with extremely hot stones and unable to speak English didn’t know what she was saying when she was telling them they were too hot. I’d be shocked if they were actually trained or licensed. After the massage they asked if it was good, I told them it was ok and they demanded a $20 tip each.. would recommend looking elsewhere!!!!

Was a good massage. Not scared to get in there. Just would not like to hear other peoples massage or them hear mine.
