Been going for years but I always felt they talk about all the customers and laugh. Very unprofessional. Even during covid there was no seperation between people packed in. One day one tried to trick me with cash change because I was distracted on the phone. Then made a big deal about ne asking questions and made a scene.

Just wanna to said… Tina is good but Nicky the best.the big reason im stopping going here is because the guy who is at the register doesn’t have respect for the customer he is very rude.. he hasn’t realized that his business is because of the customer! Sr. Just in case you see this be nicer wit your customer because heard the same things from other people!

So Me & my mom and my daughter been going here since 2022 and we always had good service it today was not goose made an appointment for 2pm we didn’t get help till 230 and the guy who works at the register area he was rude .. and he didn’t know we spoke there language and he’s was talking mess about me and my mom heard it .. the ladies who did our nails were amazing!! We are so shock how he treated us then I had to say something because he was watching how much money my mom was pulling out !!

Being fast is not always a good thing. I went in to get a Manicure and pedicure And both were done before an hour was up. My feet still feel rough and my nail polish is already chipping the very next morning. Save your money as they are priced about the same as everywhere else. And just go somewhere else.

Doesn’t like the work they did with my nails they take 100$ for nothing my nails look like ugly nails I showed them designs and they’re so immorality I recommend it no one comes to this nails salon 😏😠😠😠

I regret going to this salon as they did a subparjob on my nails. The technician seemed inexperienced and did not execute the service properly. My nails ended up looking uneven and poorly finished was marred by the rude and disrespectful behavior of the staff. I left feeling completely disrespected and will not be recommending this salon toanyone."

I had an event and they messed up my nails. So frustrating. Unless you need to ruin your event never relay on this. I don’t recommend it at all. They can’t want to kick you out. They change the price however they want it.

Painted my toes really nice got a gel manicure. But service was terrible. Talking in their native language the whole time and staring at me made me feel super uncomfortable.

Very disappointed, bad pedicure and the color was applied poorly. I also felt like she was complaining to the other workers about doing my feet. Cindy who did my mani was rude and rough. She kept pulling my hands and fingers twisting them to the point that it was hurting. She hurt my cuticles and I to pull away when she burnt me with the electric nail drill. I will never come back.

Got a pedicure here because I was in the area. I was cut a few times. All my nails are different shapes and polish was left on my skin. Just not pleased with my outcome.

They were so rough and rude. They don’t take youth clients serious. I don’t remember the name of the worker but she applied a layer of polish I didn’t even want and asked for my opinion about it AFTER she applied it. Then she proceeded to go rough even though I was bleeding. Bad experience here I wouldn’t recommend.

Came with my wife and mother. Tina and lonni were very rude to us when asked to fix small issues with their nails. They also tried to change the prices at the end when we were going to pay from 35 for a full set, to 45. Very unprofessional.

I come to this nail spa regularly. Sometimes it can be quite crowded and they over book, rush through the appointment. Nikki and Tina are the best nail techs. Donna is really good for pedicures and their prices are the most reasonable in the area.
