Amazing place in West Seattle after an intense workout. The deep tissue is spot on. I need pressure like someone's pulping my bones, and they deliver. They also have a couples massage room which is helpful when brining a partner.

This place is a gem. If you are looking for fancy, this isn't it, but if you want a nice massage for a good price, this place is great. I've been going here for over 2 years, once a month (Classpass). If you want a female therapist, I would call in advance so you get it. Lilly is wonderful and I always feel relaxed and refreshed after the hour.

Worst massage I’ve ever had. I came in for some neck, relief, and the massage was so hard that it made it worse. The language barrier does not help either.

I have gone there multiple times. They definitely have both females and males to give the massages. Their English is not great so that can be a problem. I have found all the massages to be wonderful! Headed back again right now

I've been here 5 or 6 times, and typically get the combo. The foot massage is never good, but the back massage is great. The last time was horrendous. My masseuse was switched mid way and the new one was barely applying pressure and only used her elbows. There was no pattern and it was sporadic and felt like I was getting a massage from a cat. I attempted to ask for something different twice but it was difficult to communicate with the language barrier. I definitely would love this spot as an alternative to the ones on the ID, but this last experience was so frustrating I got up and paid 35 mins into a 60minute massage rather than deal with the remaining time. I spoke to the masseuse and she just said sorry since she everyone was new...

It was a pretty good massage and the staff were friendly, but the place really smelled like body odor which was a real turn off. Especially considering this is supposed to be a peaceful relaxing place. I almost left when I walked in.

Went here today for 1 hour deep tissue. I asked for a female masseuse. I was told asked by a gentleman that lead me to the room. I asked again and he said yes. I undressed, got ready for the massage was greeted again. I decided to just go along with it. When I left I get the awkward tip issue. The massage wasn’t bad, but I never could relax. I tipped ten percent by guilt and the guy the massaged me gave me the look over the tip. Never again at this place.

Bad deal the guy leaned on me while he did massage coughing in my ear uses his nuclei on my spine I complained no English then demanded a tip. Called owner told her went for refund he theretened me omg bad place no one speaks English.

Extremely rough massage. Back and neck bruised. Foot massage was good but head and rest of body very painful. Elbow on back terrible and pressure on spine.

I experienced combo for an hour in this massage, First of all, the biggest disadvantage is that communication is very difficult. The masseurs and managers of this store lack English communication skills. They have no way to understand my questions and requests, especially when I express that I need to reduce the pain on my neck and shoulders. When I was struggling, she didn't understand. I repeated it several times before she relieved the pressure, which caused some pain in my neck and shoulders. When I expressed my request, she seemed to ask the staff next to me and Manager, but she didn't seem to understand my request. Secondly, I think the massage technician lacks professional training and techniques, because it is difficult for me to feel professional traditional massage points and massage techniques when massaging my body. Her massage technique is too simple, she seems to only know how to press hard on my body parts, through her elbows and forearms, I think this is unprofessional, this is not the massage I want. The good thing is that the price is really cheap, but to be honest, I don't think the service here can be called a satisfying massage even though the price is so cheap, so I was disappointed even though I still tipped her 20% , but that's just out of my respect for her not satisfaction with the service. I can't recommend anyone else to this massage.

I've gone in with horrific back pain for a few years, from time to time. Prepare for an amazing healing from a master! Chair back massage for 1/2 hr and I'm in awe of results. My spine is really bad so I go in for neck, upper & low back and even sciatica. Who knew you could get such relief from a chair. WoW. I agree, they expect a generous cash tip and it's worth it. You'll be grateful. I'm going in today, open on Sunday

It's not the same. NO FOOT Massage, js simple massage. Problems js too simple, with imagination gone blank. Translation is still fuzzy. Still didn't target the spot, even though ask for a specific target. Will Miss the ppl who knew their customers. Oh well, js have to find another spot. Freshing, simple, and overpriced. Thanks

The massage was great. I got the hour combo. 60 bucks including tip. She was very intuitive. I made an online reservation. The english isnt great - just point to the option you want on the menu card. There were 2 other clients when i got there. The space is open beds, and they have a closed room option....I do wish they had some hepa filters running, I'd be inclined to visit more frequently. I brought my portable hepa and kept my mask on. I also took a couple of CO2 readings. By myself was 699, with the masseuse present was ~1300.

After I got a full body massage here, literally my kidney hurts. I'm pretty sure it's bruised. Are these actual trained and certified massage professionals? The gentleman that worked on me didn't understand or speak English very well and was offended when I only tied to give 20% tip. He wrote out a number and that was 25% and I went along even though I did NOT enjoy the experience. Not coming back here. Keep your cheap massages. Thank you.

They do a really good job here… the place is calm and the prices are good. They seem to expect a really good tip, which they totally deserve… but you might get some attitude if your tip is 25% or less.

Too hard, I am super sore today. You get massaged out in the open. And they massage your face and head so don't do hair or makeup ladies. The man that massaged me was nice but didn't go lighter when I asked.
