Never had a bad massage but Kevin always goes the extra mile. I never go anywhere else because it’s always a disappointment compared to Sunshine.

Been here about ten times. Last three have been terrible. This time will be the last. Therapist (if you want to call her that) had gloves and used a tool the whole time and when she did use her hands she applied pressure to the veins on my feet. She had no clue what she was doing. Waste of time and money.

If you’re looking for an actual massage then this is definitely not the spot. My experience here was horrible. There was literally zero pressure, I would not even categorize it as massaging. If you’re looking for relaxation while someone casually rubs oil on you then this place may satisfy you.

My appointment was 60 minutes at 10 o’clock. Waited 30 minutes, when Kevin showed up at 10:30 and told me that he’s was able to give me 30 only minutes for foot massage. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend this place to anyone anyone.

Unprofessional staff. He just do two movings. No relax, and he was so much in hurry to finish 😭. Instead of relax I got unpleasant moment when I have to pay. Because during massage he tries to charge me more. And when I rejected, he continues massage in unpleasant way, just to finish it as soon as possible. And asked for more tips!!! 🤑😬😬😬😬

I had the biggest smile walking out of here. I visited because I finally chose to do something about the awful back pain that I had been experiencing for 2 weeks. It's either my bed, pillow, a bad sleeping position, exhaustion from work or a combination of these things, that contributed to it. I have been aware of this spa for a long time while commuting along north dale mabry for years, it really stands out; although, I have been curious about visiting in the past, I never had the opportunity to stop by, until today! Aaaaaand I'm soooooooo glad that I did!!! The pain that I experienced was so annoying, it was right below my neck, between my shoulders in the center of my back; my muscles felt stiff in that region with an aching pain. I chose to do the combination massage. The awesome masseuse, got right up in there and made that pain disappear. I feel so happy, I was basically skipping out of there. I was so overwhelmed with joy at the relief that I felt. I'll definitely be back~

Absolutely love this place. Everytime my mom comes to visit from out of state, this is the one place she wants to go. We've been coming here together a couple times a year for the last 2 years and will continue.

They accommodated our schedules and gave my friend and I wonderful TLC in a serene, luxuriously relaxing room. Recommend for anyone looking to be pampered or rejuvenation.

Unprofessional staff - my boyfriend received a gift card for this massage place for his birthday for $65 in which he scheduled a combo reflexology for the hands, head and feet service that was $60 listed on their website. However upon coming in, the staff were extremely confused as to what type of service appointment he was talking about even when he showed them on their own website ! The staff advised that the price was incorrect and that the service would be more money. Since my boyfriend had already driven there, and he truly did want the service, he accepted the higher rate reluctantly. After the service was completed they had a MANDATORY 20% tip added to his tab ?! I think that’s outrageous to do to someone tips are based on the quality of the service not just because it was performed !! 2/5 stars we will NOT be visiting again.

I tried this place and it was great: great customer service, clean, and awesome massages. I got the combo so I had a foot massage and neck massage. Very relaxing! I'm a runner and my feet were feeling great!!

I was expecting it to be a little bit more professional. My daughter made her an appointment and we walked in. They said that we did not have an appointment but we made it two days prior. They allowed us to stay for our original appointment, but when they took us back, it was like a little bedroom with two little lounge couches. It was definitely different.

Mind's blowing, life-changing. I actually loved the full service that included: Head, Shoulders, feet and back better than a regular massage at a massage studio. I will be back. My goal is to be back once a month I hope.

The atmosphere is great, chairs are great. The first time we came for a couples massage, it was FANTASTIC. Our second trip here was the complete opposite. I got up and excused myself 25 minutes into an hour session. The staff has completely changed (not for the better), prices are not accurately posted, I asked for another technician and quiet literally received no response from the person I was speaking to face to face. Dissatisfied say the least this go around.

Worst experience ever !!! I booked my appointment yesterday for 7:00pm today . He wouldn’t give me the service I wanted . He kept telling me he’s too busy there was no one in there !!! . Felt like my business was unwanted and I walked out . What a waste of time and customer service . Don’t waste your time ! Go elsewhere
