My husband had notes on his account for his type of haircut and he verbally let the stylist know that he wanted to just clean up his mullet. She chopped it all off and gave him an old man haircut with uneven edges on the neck. His sideburns are curved and uneven as well. I was upset and rather than do anything, the front desk clerk was rude to me. My daughter was getting her hair cut still and she said “you didn’t pay for your other haircut.” I let her know that I was just waiting for her to be done… per their rules you can’t pay until the service is complete- because I’ve been told that before. My daughter is devastated about her hair too. She asked for a trim of an inch, the stylist chopped her layers wayyyy short and uneven. I wish that people would listen and do what they are paid to do. Luckily it can grow back. But you lost customers for sure.

I took my sister in to get a bob cut and the lady did the complete opposite giving her a boy hair cut, and also didn’t allow her to call me cause she didn’t want to go through with it anymore and still decided to cut all her hair off, and didn’t even do it right at that it’s still supper on even, she didn’t respect what we asked of her and chose to do what she felt like 😡😡😡
