I made appointment 5/25/24,The Stylist greeted me, apologized up front(being behind,as she was the only employee),she included me in the decision making about my cut & she completed in "a fair time". The cost was $21.99(simple trim,edging for a female). They are Closing Permanently(time pending).

I just called to ask if they could cut ethnic hair. I told Colleen the manager of my experience with my hair which is really curly and that some ppl don’t cut or aren’t comfortable cutting my hair. She says if you feel that way you can find somewhere else. I don’t feel anyway. It was an experience not a jab. Very off putting and unprofessional. Forget bring some comfort to the situation, she just suggest I can find someone else if I feel that way. Whoever noted that this location is unprofessional, second that. She’s a manager so I guess she screens potential customers with this attitude.

I am the caregiver for my veteran brother. I took him there for a basic cut. I checked online to see what the wait was like. We were able to walk in and did not have to wait. Regina was so kind and took great care with him. We will definitely go back.

Charlene is the WORST “stylist” that I have ever touch my head. I visited Supercuts for a basic service…a shampoo and application of a conditioner, I didn’t even need a rinse and blow dry. Charlene was incredibly rough. She pulled my hair by the roots as she scrubbed my scalp and hair, badly tangling my hair. After one shampoo, she rubbed it around my head with a towel and said she was done. One shampoo? I have never in my life. After asking her if she would just be washing my hair once, she replies that she thought my hair was already clean, although it was covered in a mayonnaise based pre-treatment. After a second, equally unpleasant wash, she did the same rub the towel over my head thing and told me that my hair was thick. Never in all my years have I ever had a professional stylist half do a shampoo job! I had to ask her for a comb so that I could untangle my hair and apply my conditioner. At that point, Charlene told me that they didn’t really have combs and I had to ask her for the widest tooth comb they had (which wasn’t wide at all). In disbelief, I asked why there were no wider combs and to make a long story short, Charlene’s uncouth home style disposition made a full on display and she told me that they did not do black people’s hair there and that she stopped working at other shops because she doesn’t like doing black people’s hair. She also refused to give me her manager’s information. I had to turn to Twitter to seek management. The conversation with the manager was pleasant enough, he was extremely nice, but dismissive of Charlene’s lack of skill and professionalism. It became apparent that they likely do not do black people’s hair. So…BEWARE OF CHARLENE. She is not a good stylist if your hair has any sort of texture.

I have mixed opinion about the place..its completely based on your hairstylist you opt or available. Based on this store experience..i decided to always go choose an particular hairstylist you know ..rather go directly to the store.. The lady served me was rude and have no patience to understand my needs and kind of service i need..rather she arguing i don't do that ..

I stopped in on a whim 2 weeks ago and Regina was there cutting a customer. She was very pleasant and friendly and she was doing a great job with the customer's cut. I told her I would stop back in to try her, and I did yesterday. Regina is so awesome! So friendly and had great conversation. The best part about my visit was my haircut is the BOMB! Regina knows hair and did exactly what I wanted in shaping my hair and giving me the cut I wanted. I think I found my new barber. Check her out. Thanks again Regina!

Only giving 2 stars because I've been here in the past and Regina and Charlene are both great at what they do. However, this past time, I had someone else cut my hair and she was so rough and uncaring about what she was doing that I really don't want to come back to this location. I wish that was the worst part, but she also butchered the back of my head and left huge patches That I had to fix myself at home. Really not worth your time coming here unless it's for Regina or Charlene.

Regina has been my hairstylist for many many years. She is consistently upbeat, professional and cuts my hair the right way each time. I highly recommend Regina and know that she is a true asset to Supercuts.
