I got a haircut here and I will never go again! Customer service was terrible. The haircut was the worst I have ever had. One length shaved on the sides and a trim on the longer hair on top. She did it so quick and none of it is even length. Left side is longer than the right. Middle top is the longest. Very terrible.

Lovely ladies in the business and one (wish I remember her name) did such a fabulous job cutting my 4-year-old hair. She was patient and so kind to him. Both ladies kept the time flying by with conversation

My daughter and I went to get our hair cuts, my daughter wanted her hair below her shoulders and layered. We were both getting our hair washed as my daughter got done first when they were walking away I had said ok she wants it to here and showed the lady. The lady had the nerves to say to me can't she tell me her self. Well she can but I'm telling you. Then before she cut her hair the lady doing mine turned me and told the other lady let her mom see it first before you cut to give the ok. She showed me and my daughter and we said yes. Well she did not cut it where we had said and where she said she was going to. This lady seriously cut my daughters hair so short. Her hair was almost to her butt. We will never go back. Absolutely horrible we are still sad about it.

Some of the staff needs a refresher on what appropriate work talk and if they do not like their job get a new one. Calling customers names or putting down the whole area as a whole was not something I expected while sitting there for over an hour.

Teresa is a wonderful blue butterfly. I walked in and she transformed me from a homeless bum into the father of the bride, insert hallmark movie here. She is wonderful.

The place was absolutely was that white that messed up on my hair in as soon as I said something to her she started to continue spray me down with the water and started to be more rough and thrown me an attitude over it

Tried for three days to get a haircut. Used be my go to location for a good haircut. Now it's a terrible place to try to eat in let alone get a haircut. Would NOT recommend at all.

Am I alone in thinking 40 and 50 bucks for a simple haircut is pure BS? I had grown tired of my waist-length hair and looked into getting it cut to shoulder length and found that prices at salons have gotten absolutely insane. I can see a higher price for a perm or bayalage hair color, it takes a couple hours and needs to be tended very carefully. But a simple haircut shouldn't break the bank. I was so happy to see that SuperCuts' prices are still decent. Dianne asked me questions and actually listened. In a bit more than half an hour she cut off nearly half my hair and put in layers for just $23. I am very happy with the work.

Felicia was awesome. Attentive, careful and kind. Ask for her if you can. She deserves 5 stars. But my son's haircut, done by someone else, wasn't what he asked for at all.

My children's haircuts are best described as choppy, uneven, not well blended and rushed. Uneven enough that kids at school were teasing him unfortunately. The customer service is a little off putting at times, especially when you ask for something to be fixed. It's very expensive as well. $50 for 2 childrens cuts without tip. It's never busy, I think I understand more why now. We've been going here for several years, however we have changed our business to Sportclips in Auburn where we pay less, get more and have a clean cut that leaves my son feeling good about himself.

This was my first time being here. Loves the lady that helped my kid. Unfortunately, I dont know her name. I liked her a lot. Wonderful experience!
