My second visit to this location, and just like last time, Iona did a fantastic job! She was quick, precise and all she needed was a Quick look at photos from the last haircut she gave me and within a short time my hair was looking just like I wanted it. Had to get my hair cut. And all the haircut ladies are wonderful. But I ALWAYS get Minerva. She's just amaaaazing. Always does such a fantastic job. And she's just a sweetheart of a person as well. This is a great place. Always a good vibe and just fantastic people.

I have been going to Supercuts for years and Minerva C. is my main person I trust to cut my hair. She is so popular that I have to wait for my turn, but well worth it. Thank you This is the location on East Riverside Drive in Austin, Texas.

I took my two teenager girls to get a haircut today. Nola did a great job and I have no complaints and my youngest daughter was happy with the results…hence the two stars. I can’t say the same for my eldest daughter. She was happy until the very end when she saw her curtain bang. I asked Karla if she can style it to show my daughter the finished result because she did seem a little disappointed but she blatantly ignored me, rang us up and went to the back away from public eyes. Yes, in that moment, I saw Karla’s unprofessionalism, cowardliness and arrogance. If a client is not happy with your craft, swallow your ego and make it right. We’ve been coming here for years so this let down is very disappointing and my eldest daughter is distraught and is dealing with the coincidences.
