O M G!! Stephanie and Tracie (sp?) greeted me with such kindness. Stephanie cut my hair (short natural cut) PRECISELY as I described. I am VERY particular about my cuts. When I carefully "explained", Stephanie simply looked at me and said "yes, cut along the grain". That's not all, Tracie came along and apologized for inappropriate comments another client was making. I NEVER heard the comments! 😃 Tracie, Stephanie and I really bonded tonight. I LOVE my Prairieville Supercuts, but my work schedule makes it next to impossible to get there. The timing was perfect. I spoke to a gentleman from the College drive location the day BEFORE. He advised the last walk-in is at 6:45. I arrived at 6:12. Josh told me that I had to come back "the next day". 😲 This is the SAME person who told me 6:45. I'm actually glad that happened. Had it not, I would NEVER have found Stephanie and Tracie at SHERWOOD!! Kudos to them!!! Soo glad that Ghia has returned! Stephanie is on vacation and Ghia worked her USUAL magic on my amazing cut!! Welcome home Ghia!!

No waiting, was acknowledged immediately, and professional. I told the hair stylist exactly how I want my hair cut and she exceeded my expectations. 12-28-2024 update, same person cut my hair and again knocked it out the park. Thank you for the perfect cut. I highly recommend this Super Cuts. 2/1/2025 update- today was a short wait, probably because I hit a time when a lot of people came. The hairdressers kept up and got me in fairly quick. She did a great cut exactly how I like my hair style.

I asked for long layers. There were barely any cut, what was cut was uneven, and only one side of my head was cut. I’m not even sure how that happened. I had to go somewhere else and pay another $60 to have it fixed. She also holds the hair in the strangest way I’ve ever seen so I’m not sure how she cuts anyone’s hair evenly. She was nice though, but that doesn’t mean she should be cutting hair.
