Although the hair stylist seemed nice she did'nt have the proper gaurd to cut my hair the way I request. I looked past that but then she thinned out my hair up top which I did'nt request nor did she ask if it was ok to thin my hair up top. Very disappointed in the service.

Earl Dobbins is friendly and nice. He explained to me about how to take care of my hair. Earl was very patient and helpful. I hope to see him for a long time. Earl has a gift as a amazing hairstylist. Anyone needs to get their hair done at Supercuts please go to Earl.

I took my son here to kill some time while we were in the area. I am so glad I did because Earl is amazing. I don't live very close to this Supercuts but I will no longer have anyone but Earl cutting my sons hair. I always dreaded having him go get his haircut from other places every single time we went in the stylist butchered is somehow. Earl is also kind and patient with my son and that is always a plus =)

Jennifer did another amazing job today. She is so accommodating in seeing that I have the time requested for a haircut. She always does a nice job. A friend (Joyce Yates) of mine told me I had the best haircut she had seen me with. In fact, she waned Jennifer’’s number to make an appt . Thanks, Jennifer. Jennifer is always so accommodating to me when I call for an appointment. She knows how to cut my hair following my direction on what I want. I arrived there early today and she took me right away always greeting me with a smile.

My original review was 2-star and, within an hr. of my post, it was made beyond right. Store never opened for business hours due to an employee emergency (I just thought no one came into work, originally). Was offered a free cut that I wanted to turn down in store, since I'm not entitled to anything, but they wouldn't let me pay when I came in. I'll definitely be coming back. Oh, and Jennifer was phenomenal at what she does.
