Took my 80+ years father in to get a haircut. Shani was amazing with him. She took the time to listen to how he wanted his haircut. She treated him as if he was her father,she was kind and caring with him. She made sure he was happy with his cut. My dad is old school, always had his haircut at a barber, seems there are fewer now,and the few he has tried after his barber passed away,and the shop closed,he was unhappy. He doesn't like electric clippers used on his hair, unless trimming neckline and such. Wants his hair cut with scissors. Shani gave him exactly that. She went above and beyond and exceeded both my and my father's expectations. She is definitely 5 stars and more. Awesome Job Shani.

The two ladies working yesterday (Sunday, 8/19/2024) were amazing! They just kept going and cutting hair so fast and efficiently! My mom and I love our haircuts! Thanks Supercuts 😊

Giovanni is amazing, she does exactly what you ask for cut, color, treatments and on occasion when you're stuck and want something fresh, she has great ideas.

The stylists were very pleasant and enjoyable. I received a good haircut and the color was perfect. I would not hesitate to recommend them. I went to the salon located in the Chesapeake Square Mall in Virginia.

Paid to get my my hair done and my lips/chin/brow waxed. Hair turned out great. Waxing not so much unfortunately. When I pay for a wax I expect the hair to be gone.

Wonderful location! We went in for a kid's cut, and Shani was great with our kindergarter. He was in a shy mood but all the staff made him feel comfortable right away.

Love having Jessica clean up my cut. Always fast and friendly! Even when you walk in with a shop full of people, the wait isn't long and the atmosphere is so fun. I love my self-care Saturday's here.

My stylist Shani was very professional. She remembered exactly how I liked my hair cut and never missed a beat. I hadn't seen her in quite awhile so it made me feel extremely comfortable . Thank you for your service and making sure I was pleased with the style. 😊

Went for a wash, treatment and blow dry....I was the 2nd person in line to be serviced ....a 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th person came in .....somehow everybody ended up in the chair and Im at the shampoo bowl just waiting.....the employee said it was because I was getting a treatment .....so basically I just had to wait so I guess its really not 1st come 1st service
