Very friendly staff, they go above and beyond. Michaela is the only stylus in the greater Cincinnati area that my autistic grandson will let near his head. I live on the other side of Cincinnati I drive almost hour to have her cut our hair. Keep up the good work 👍👍

I got a hair cut. Went home took a better look and It wasn't a good cut. There's stragglers in my hair and uneven cuts. Then I go back in and one of the lady gave me an attitude about it. Once I get my hair fixed. I won't be coming back.

Michaella is awesome. She helped me fix a messed up undercut last year. I've only let her touch my hair since. Super straight lines, every hair counts with this woman. I plan to go to her as long as I can. So happy I found her❣️

I'm AA women came in for wash and blow dry. The young lady did not have a clue (as she admitted ) how to care for my hair. From the start nothing was done correctly. No cape, no towel around my neck. The back of my clothes was soaked. She tried to put shampoo my hair and half of it was still dry. My hair was stripped of all the natural oils causing, it to be hard and badly tangled. she tried to comb it out with a mini afro pick and did not use a detangel spray. My hair is very thick. I had to practically wash and comb out my on hair. When it come to blow drying she was clueless. I ended up leaving with wet hair. She did admit that she had come from a place where the clientele was not diverse and she lack experience. I understand this but, in the future until she has learned to service diverse types of hair, she should not attempt to serve hair that she is not familiar with. I would have preferred her honesty up front, not half way through the process. I did offer her a tip, she maybe should watch some videos on caring for all types of hair and to be prepared with the correct tools. I was patient with her because she just didn't know and I care that she learn, but it could have a different outcome with someone else.

i was charged $23 for not even a centimeter cut off of my hair and what i asked to be done wasn’t done at all. I was in the chair for a total of 3 minutes. definitely not worth $20
