I came in for a last minute trim and they treated me kindly and did a great job on my haircut. The stylist was thorough and made me feel comfortable while she washed, trimmed, and blow dried my hair. The best part was the price - one of the most affordable cuts I’ve ever had, especially considering how great it looks. Thank you!!

I used to live downtown Dallas 23 years ago when I got my haircut at this Supercuts with Wendy. Moved 40 miles south then to Wisconsin, and 20 years later, Wendy is still at this location, giving great haircuts. There are several stylists here with 25 years in at this store with an incredible customer return list for all of them. I'm here for an extended visit and will see Wendy again, and every time I'm in town.

Do NOT go here. Got my haircut yesterday and it's the worst haircut of my life. Went to a different salon to try and get it fixed and the stylist said, "this is messed up so bad, this cannot be fixed." RUN from the place unless you wanna wear a hat for months.

This Lady Cheryl seems to be just happy with giving her customers the worst service ever! She is not friendly at all! As far as styling hair, she has no idea what the hell she's doing! She chopped my long hair into all kinds of different lengths so badly that I had to cut it myself to fix it! I've never cut hair in my life but I did a better job than she ever could!! Run away from Super Cuts!

Cheryl cut my hair! Did not follow directions? Did not even clean her clippers?!!! Didn't realize until she started cutting. Cheryl seems like she was in a rush. Sad to say I worked for Super Cuts and the service she provide was poor service.

So so so upsetting. I told this stylist I wanted no layers, everything one length and to be a short as my longest layer which was two inches below my jawline. Tell me why this lady looked at my hair that is touching my shoulders and started measuring the length from the back & Not the front where my longest hair was😩 then she started wetting and straightening my hair (mind you my hair is curly so when it is dry it all shrinks up) omfg my hair is so short now I look like lord farquads sister😭 idk if she just doesn’t know how to cut female hair or what she was thinking. I should have left whenever I started to almost cry part way though but how do you do that? Beware of the Hawaiian looking woman. She was super nice after I almost started to cry and did start cutting it longer actually lmao, so it’s not even at every layer or all the way around🤦🏻‍♀️ just watch out

I went for a shampoo amd blowdry and it was the worst ever! Ladies do not ho here my stylist was not at all pleasant didn’t even know how to partition hair and simple blowdry rules that any one would know. She is rude kept saying that’s what Im doing even when I politely told her to give. Smoother look and get turns. She literally irritated my scalp so much by pulling my hair and ended up looking like a broom stick with bad texture. Kept spraying products even when Intold her not to. Her name was Sheryl (worst hairdresser ever!!!!)

went in to get a haircut. The young lady that helped me was rushing through the entire service. I told her Repeatedly what I wanted and when she was completed it, It’s still look bad after the second try I was done with the whole experience. I usually get great service and this time today it fell extremely short.

Had a worst haircut of my life. Hairdresser was Reuben. He messed up my hair. When I showed him the two different patches on side, he said I have curly hair and that's why it's like that. I am not having haircut for first time and this is the worst experience I got. Another weird behavior I observed is that he put up a mask before starting my haircut. When he was doing previous customer's haircut, he didn't wear any mask. Did he do this on purpose because of skin color? Never ever visit this salon for sure.

Pleasantly surprised. Had a great stylist. Gave me a great haircut and we had a nice conversation. Felt welcomed and will definitely be back. I am a former cosmetologist and very picky had no negatives. Parking is a bit tight.

Very unorganized and unprofessional. Don't expect the check in list to be honored if you aren't a regular or favorite. Not worth the amount of wasted time for an average haircut
