Terrible experience, will never, ever be back!!! Stylist didn’t listen to anything I said I wanted. She gave me the haircut SHE wanted me to have!!!! First thing I told her was I wanted as much length as possible left ON my hair. She cut it to shoulder length!!!!! When I called to complain and get a refund I was told I couldn’t get a refund, only another free haircut. So I have contested the charges with my bank to get a full refund. Stylists need to LISTEN when customers tell them what they want. It’s the CUSTOMER’S haircut, NOT the stylist’s!!!!! It will take 6-8 months to grow my hair out again!!!! That’s most of this year!!!! Terrible stylist, terrible experience. Stay away!!!!

I have had the pleasure of using Supercuts in Pepper Square for over 5 years. Over that time my stylist has been Abdel. He is great at his profession. I have never left feeling I did not get the best haircut and beard trim available. I highly recommend Abel at the Pepper Square Supercuts store!
