Haircut was completely uneven literally got home and showered and it just looked like they only cut one side of my hair with a completely different guard.

I checked in for my son's haircut. It was our first time at this location. We arrived. We were not greeted. My son was next in the check in queue. Apparently if you are not a regular or a WHITE MALE, you will not be greeted or attended to. They helped 3 men who were either white or regular and who had not even checked in. I got up and left. I will not be disrespected at a place where I will spend my hard earned money. Do not go there. Hollywood Hair around the corner was better but it's closed now.

You need to space the appointments out farther than ten minutes because it takes your way more than ten minutes to cut hair.

Worst experience ever , the hairdresser wouldn’t listen as on what we needed , she just cut the hair .in the most horrid way possible , and then at checkout had the audacity to ask for extra tips .

The woman who cut my mom‘s hair does not listen to her customers. She wants to cut hair the way she wants to cut hair. She said she needed a picture to know how to cut it.. I told her not to cut it short and she went ahead and started cutting and I had to stop her several times. I will not be going back to Supercuts at least not to her..
