Unfortunately, they can't even get a simple haircut done right. Would not recommend this place unless you want a trim or a man's haircut. Will not go back. Very disappointed. Sad thing was I showed her a picture and asked if she could do that cut. She said yes, and then she didn't even get close to the haircut I asked for. I'm glad I'm one of those people that is just happy hair grows back.

Karina gave my son a great experience. She provided her professional insight into how his hair grows and what would look best for the style he wanted. My son has a lot of hair and it usually takes a while to cut, but she took less than 20 minutes. Great service overall. We'll definitely be back.

We arrived at 5:20pm and they refused to serve us saying that the establishment was already closed, when closing time is 6pm.
