Yvonne was awesome. Great haircut and friendly. I think the new policy to pay $2.00 for choosing a certain stylist is stupid. It’s difficult to find a good stylist, so you shouldn’t have to pay extra.

The hair cut was fine, but this place is filthy. There was hair on and in the creases of the benches in the waiting areas. The floor and furniture in the waiting area were covered in accumulations of lint. My daughter made the mistake of reaching for a magazine and gray fuzz flew into the air.

They need more stylist with blow dry and flat iron experience for curly hair. Lou on Dyer Street location is the best.

Eileen is the best. I go and get a haircut EVERY MONTH from her. I don’t trust anybody else with my hair. Every time I go, she is professional, friendly, and always makes sure I’m satisfied with my hair. Thank you Eileen for always being amazing! 🫶🏽

Great service! Paulette Willims is one of the best hair stylists. This morning she was all alone, taking calls, & cutting hair. She handled it all well with a great smile on her face. Thank you. 🙂

Had an appointment at 1 left at 1:46 not attended, several walks ins were taken before our scheduled appointment 3 stylists out 7 stations on a Sunday?! Horrible if it was possible to leave 0 stars that was their rating. NEVER Again.

Zero stars if i could. Eileen didnt want to cut my sons hair in a empty lobby. She stated she had 3 appointments. I offered to wait if there was a cancellation appointment my son could step in and she refused this was at 6:30. Plenty of time to cut a little boys cut by 7pm. So basically Eileen at Supercuts doesnt appreciate customer service. Luckly down by Will Ruth 9155 Dyer were able to help and did a better job than Eileen would have!! Thank you CLIPPERS!!!

Thank you Ms.Paulette , you did a great job on my Mothers hair! She is a senior and I am always appreciative of hairdressers who allow me to assist in getting her head in proper position for a great bob ! Great customer service . Thank you !

They got me in quickly, but the front counter person wasn't overly friendly and barely spoke (more like a grunt and toss off the head). Stylist didn't even tell me her name until I prompted her. She cut my hair for a hair donation - blunt cut. However, she didn't spend much time cleaning up or accounting for my wavy hair. I had to have a friend re-trim the bottom as there were lots of stray, long hairs.
