This was A Birthday gift from my kids & I got THE WORKS! I had a consultation with Crystal a few days before to see who worked there & to see if they could do the style that I wanted & If they had experience with Black Women's hair. I have always done my own hair & hadn't been to a professional in several years, plus I have ALL NATURALLY CURLY 4C type Hair that is LONG ABOUT BRA STRAP LENGTH & THICK. I was nervous because the person they recommended was Stephanie or Ashley & neither of them were there for me to meet, because they were off work, so I had to trust my instincts & pick Stephanie because I was told she had the most experience. I set the appointment & returned prepared to spend most of the day, which was on MY BIRTHDAY. Stephanie started about 30min late, but once we got started there was a consistent flow. I explained to her best I could what I wanted & showed a combination of pics close to it & WALLAH SHE DID AMAZING, especially with the color pallets I chose! SHE DID: BLACK COLOR W/BLONDE & COPPER RED HIGHLIGHTS, WASH,& DEEP CONDITION. ASHLEY DID: TRIM & STYLE Everyone that worked there made sure I was comfortable (I was there for 5.5 hours) & was personable! WE WERE ALL STUNNED AT HOW MY HAIR TURNED OUT! IT WAS THE BEST BIRTHDAY GIFT EVERRR!!! I would definitely go back for more service!! THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!!!

I made an appt with hair artist Ashlee for 3:05 today, when I arrived she was too busy to take me and pushed me off to another hair dresser who was not as skilled as she was with cutting thin hair. Needless to say, It looked awful and the hairdresser was NOT at all a good listener. I won’t return to this Supercuts, and I do not recommend this salon, due in large to their lack of quality service. L. Johnson :-(

I needed a trim very badly and Karina my hairstylist, helped me, she was absolutely amazing! She took the time to listen and gave my lifeless hair some new life shine and bounce! I love this place!!
