I took my daughter to get a haircut, and we had such a wonderful experience! Citlali was amazing—she was incredibly calm, patient, and clearly very experienced. She took the time to explain everything to my daughter, making her feel comfortable and involved in the process. My daughter loved how kind and attentive she was, and the result was absolutely perfect. We’ll definitely be coming back—highly recommend!
