I called and made a last minute appointment for a much needed cut and color. All three ladies were friendly and courteous. Janai did my cut and color. She was patient, kind and did a fabulous job! I am very happy with her service. I will be back. It was a pleasant and relaxing experience for a tired preschool teacher!

The haircut was ok and styling was good. The problem was that I asked the stylist to help me choose a color that matched my natural hair color and the resulting color was too light. Also, you are supposed to do a color test to ensure there are no allergies. I had an allergic reaction of itching on my face. Your stylist isn’t good. You’re better off not offering color services.

Unfortunately the lady who cut my hair was a disaster with clippers. I asked specifically if she was good with them and she lied. I will never go back to this location again.

A young woman cut my hair. I asked for a trim, my hair was below my shoulders and fit in a high ponytail. The woman trimmed the left side nice and then the right side was above my shoulders just under my ear! I said it’s uneven and she trimmed a bit more from the left and said good? I said NO, it’s uneven and the right side is MUCH shorter than wanted. Another stylist was nice enough to come over and said yea, this is uneven. The poor woman was in her way home but was nice enough to stay and fix the uneven way to short cut I was left with. I was almost in tears but this other stylist gave me layers and evened out the cut. Although WAY shorter than I wanted, I now have a bob cut, did end up giving me a beautiful cut to fix the first girls mistake….just gonna take some getting used to. I am grateful to this stylist for staying late and taking it upon herself to offer to fix my hair!!!

My son and I both got haircuts back to back yesterday. We came home to my wife saying, exclaimed how handsome we looked. I believe Vivian has been gifted by God to cut hair. A real talent. There are many fade artists around but Vivian's attention to detail and ability is next level. Praise be unto God. Thanks to Vivian and Supercuts.
