Supercuts the company needs to support thier staff and customers by providing someone to maintain the front end while the others cut hair or get thier hair cut. They should have support in phone calls restroom breaks etc. The extra stress in the operation is felt by customer and staff. The redundancy would insulate from sick calls and emergencies and should be a common sense practice across the organization that will result in extra sales of product as the front end manager has time and knowledge to sell. Ask your staff if they agree. Ask your customers if they agree. Labor being the major controllable expense isn't a defensible argument in the face of what you gain.

Beyond thrilled with the service provided for me. I am so accustomed to leaving the salon chair with a fake smile to appease the stylist and crying in the car at the state of my hair. That was not the case when I received my cut and blowout. She did amazing and gave me exactly what I showed her utilizing my inspiration pictures. Not even 10 minutes after leaving I had already received several compliments from strangers about how pretty my hair was. Thank you so much for your time and care put into making my family portraits ones I could be over the moon about.
