Lela is missed by so many! I used to see Lela at this location, but today Hao cut my hair. She was very personable and kind. She did a great job getting the bulk out of my heavy hair. Thank you! . I’ll definitely return!

I was happy found Hao at this Super Cut on San Jose, in Mandarin. I have been came to this Super Cut for about 3 years now. Hao did a great job cutting my hair. I'm happy with the results and will continue come back to have her cut my hair.

Made an apppintment with Hao at the Mandarin store for a trim of my long hair. She did a beautiful job with the cut, as well as enhance the natural waves in my hair, which is gray and wiry, but color-treated. I highly recommend Hao for your hairdressing needs.

I recently visited the salon for a trim and experienced significant dissatisfaction with the service provided by stylist Susan. My initial request for a pre-cut hair wash was inexplicably ignored, a fundamental aspect of proper hair care that should not be overlooked. Furthermore, I was inexplicably denied the opportunity to part my own hair, a crucial step in achieving the desired style and demonstrating respect for client preference. The subsequent brushing was conducted with excessive force, resulting in noticeable hair breakage. Following the cut, I felt distinctly neglected as Susan prioritized other employees, neglecting to provide adequate attention to my needs. When I requested the mirror to assess the completed style, my request was met with an abrupt and dismissive response. To further exacerbate the situation, my hair began to dry and become unmanageable before I had the opportunity for proper inspection. I subsequently contacted the salon and requested a call from the manager. After initiating a follow-up call, I was met with a disappointing lack of empathy and an inadequate resolution in the form of a $4 coupon, a wholly insufficient compensation for the substandard service received.
