I had an appointment @5:30 and when I arrived Elisa was the only person working. She was so professional and apologetic. When it was my turn, which is my first time here, she did a fantastic job. Although she was alone and had several clients she took her time and listened to my needs and cut my hair exactly how I asked! Very professional and very talented! I will be back!

I used the app to schedule a haircut. The lady who cut my hair (yessily (sp?) did a good job. She was professional and friendly. My appointment was on time which I appreciated very much. The price was fair, the shop was neat and clean and the app made it easy and convenient.

I have been having Santhy at Supercuts on Beach & Hodges cut my hair for almost 10 years. She always does a great job and you can tell she enjoys her job. She has made suggestions over the years as to something I might want to try and I am happy to say they’ve worked out for me! I highly recommend her as a stylist!

Excellent haircut and I was in and out in ten minutes. Everything went super smoothly. I get to review Supercuts every time I go there, but I’m not writing a new review. I’m just praising them again. This location is great. All of the people who cut your hair. Here are wonderful and I’m always in and out very quickly.

The worst experience I have ever had getting a simple shampoo and cut. She never put a “wrap” around me so I now have hair all over my clothes. She told me that my hair in front was uneven. I asked her to straighten it out. I asked her why she was drying my hair before cutting it. She laughed and said that everyone has their own way of cutting hair. I asked if I should not have a shampoo (I had been told in the past to have it washed to get a straighter cut.), and she said that it depends on the hair. I asked why she parted my hair on the opposite side from my usual part. She said it did not make a difference. I simply wanted one inch off. When I told her one-inch off, she asked me if I knew how little that was and showed me on her thumb. I agreed that was one inch. When she finished cutting she offered me a comb, not a mirror as I usually get to check the back, and I combed the hair and handed back the comb. I told her that the two sides were still uneven as she originally told me. She threw the comb on the counter and told me that I was “weird” and my hair was not good so it was not even. She ran to the back and came back shortly to tell me there was no charge. I told her that I was paying and did so. While paying, she starts telling me that this is a country that lets anyone say what they want. She continued to say that her husband is dead, she is over 50 and she works hard for a living. I kept saying “yes, ma’m.” I then told her that the First Amendment gives us free speech, but it is still limited as to where and what may be said.

Scheduled my appt online yesterday, walked right in and they took me, haircut was solid, price is reasonable. Stylist was very good too.
