I went in for an easy quick cut. Just wanted skin on the bottom that went into a fade midway up my head. Thatâs it ! Kayla didnât hardly say one word to me the whole time i was there and I had to ask her if she could please make the sides even. She responded with âoh thatâs just the lightingâ. charged me full $25 haircut for a 9 minute session and didnât even offer to blow dry the hair off my neck just took the cape off. Horrible service !! I still donât think itâs even. Pictures are of each side of my head. Judge for yourself

Listened to my concerns about the way I wanted it cut, and followed my lead untill it was done. Very good about making sure it was symmetrical and I was happy. Very professional and took the time with me.

Came in at 10:30 am. Was told the next appointment was at 12. I put my name down. I get there at 11:55. She cutting someones hair. then takes another customer, tells someone sitting down that they're next... sat there for a while. Never got seen..

Got a very short cut. I have a very difficult "head of hair". Allison did a good job. She was very personable and attentive. Price was l little higher than expected. But that is not her fault.
