I walked in for a hair cut for my son, they go for $25. I walked out almost charged at $54. The haircut I asked for was done by someone who needed assistance as they were cutting hair and it showed towards the end that they were not skilled enough to cut my sons hair as requested. I was upset about the cut and asked if they could style it to make it seem as if he’d gone to a hair salon and not as if some random person took scissors and cut it themselves. They used a curling iron to make it wavy, mind you —already a short hair cut and the result was awful looked like he got out of bed. Took them to curl no more than 3min. I was then charged $54 total. I’m never going back to that place.

The lady that did my daughter's hair was absolutely phenomenal. She wanted curls and man she did an AMAZING job with doing just that. She was able to talk to her in a manner that settled my daughters hyper ness. Will be going back. She needs a raise. She even taught me how to properly curl it myself.

Yesterday 10/02/ 24 I checked in on line for a haircut and blow dry. I was unlucky to get either a brand new girl or a student. I showed her the picture of the haircut I wanted. After asking the only other lady which was there, how to cut it she started cutting. I really can't call it cutting, she took maybe 1/4 " ( if that) of the same hairstyle I had. The picture was a completely different cut. The reason I came in. It took this poor gal 1 hour and 45 minutes to snip the tips of my hair. When she was done the other lady told her blow drying wouldn't work now, the decision was made to use a curling iron. She must have thought she was practicing on a wig, no style, rhyme or reason to it. After seeing my hair I could have cried. Insult to injury they charged me $ 70.00 for this disaster. I could have gone and paid for a haircut in a high-class Salon for that and at least got what I wanted. I will never set foot into a supercut again after this expensive disaster.

Shout out to Maiia R. And the 1 Styelist. I made an appointment, but even at that time, they were already busy with 3 other clients. 1 who had not not had a hair cut in a year, 1 who was endeavoring to cover their Grey hairs, and the last who had asked for help making sense of what the last person did to their hair months ago. Both styelists navigated, as more people filed in behind me, and worked to meet the challenges of the day and meet the "asks" of everyone. I told Maiia I had an event in addition to the needs for my haircut. She ensured that I was ready for my event. This is why I come to Supercuts instead of others. I watched others get taken care of, as I was, regulars be taken care of. I am glad Supercuts is getting back, or at least these 2, are getting back to what made Supercuts great. Give this site more staff to take care of more clients! I know the business model is to cut haircut times to serve more. Note to business owner: DO BETTER! Be strategic with your staffing. Every retail business knows this. Customers and Staff will love you. Your staff is awesome, your customers are why you have a building. Overtaxed staff only burns them out.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted. Everyone was really nice. Lana did my cut and she was super personable the whole time she made me feel comfortable and confident . Definitely will come back.

Easy to schedule same day appointment. Ladies were nice and my son was very happy with his hair cut. The stylist was very thoughtful to make sure I was happy with cut and style.
