If this intelligent young woman stops working at this store, I will not come here again. Miss Gabbi is a credit to her profession and to your company.

The 5 stars is for the person who cut my hair. Not the company or shop. Read on. I wish I had done this a month ago. As I stopped by this week and found out the person who cut my hair is no longer at the location. Her name was Maria. And she was amazing. I treat haircuts like I treat dental appointments. So when I find someone who has a good personality and actually cuts my hair right, I choose to stick with them faithfully. Maria had both of those traits. She did a phenomenal job on my mop and was so energetic and seemed happy to work there. She took pride in her work, and that is something sorely lacking these days. Having employees make the customer feel like they are valued and that they themselves enjoy their work. I can only wonder what happened that would cause her to not being there anymore, but if it was a termination then you Supercuts made a big mistake as this location just lost my monthly 30 dollars. Nobody there when I stopped in seemed to care about their job with one sitting in a barber chair and the other both cutting hair and both gossiping and barely took notice of me. Guess your standards of excellence is let the good ones leave and have the mediocre run the shop. If you still have Maria's number, I suggest you call it and convince her to come back. This location desperately needs people like her. Think I am doing this for her you are wrong. Contact me. I am just lettin you know that you should take a keener interest in who represents your brand.

I explained to the lady who cut my hair I wear it very very short, but Christmas is coming up in a week and this will be the first time I see my family In a year so I didn’t want it too short. She Cut my hair perfect this is the best haircut I’ve ever had. She Understood exactly what I wanted. She was very patient and very very sweet.

Chloe was great I hadn’t cut my hair in 3 years because of a bad haircut but she cut my hair exactly like I asked her too., plus my color was dull so she used toner to brighten it up. Also she was so nice . I will definitely be getting my haircut from her again!!

It was our first time for my son’s haircut, the people are friendly and greet you right away once you opened the door. We were walk ins but they have a 30 min waiting. My son likes the service and would like to come back next time.

Greeted upon entering and promptly checked in. Stylist kept me updated ensuring I was aware of wait time. Friendly and professional. Once my cut began, she did it patiently ensuring a good quality cut was complete.

Miss Reese is my stylist. I go to her every time. She does such an awesome job. She is friendly and will make you feel good about yourself. I also got some nice product on this visit I have not yet tried out.

Professional and kind. Can't remember her name unfortunately but she mentioned she's usually the only one doing cuts in the morning. Would definitely return again.
