Needed a haircut and went to super cuts in Brickell Miami. Alejandra was my stylist for the 2nd time. She did a great job cutting my hair to my instructions. Nice lady, very polite and really in to a perfect haircut.

While Gina was courteous and had good energy, her work was not the best, I asked for a type of haircut and it did not meet my standards, when asked for the beard trim she said she could do it but the work was very disappointing and it felt rushed, I asked if they offered nose waxing and she mentioned that of course they did and when she did it, she didn’t even know how to do it properly and even told me it was her first time, overall for the price I paid, I feel cheated
