Called ahead manager said 2 were working. We arrived 4:45 and supervisor was leaving so she didn’t even check mom in. Just expressed how she hatted Wal-mart. Thd hair cut my mother received wasn’t short like she wanted. Sadly looks like she chopped chunk off. Like there was a bowl on her head. Definitely wouldn’t have supervisor wait on me either😩😩

I walked in (no appointment) during a not-so-busy time so the hair stylist was able to take me back within 2 minutes. I feel bad for not remembering her name but she was very nice. I only needed a simple cut/trim but she really listened to how I wanted my hair done. Clean, pleasant environment with courteous, skilled staff!

Really friendly, asked how I was doing, and ask what exactly I want during each process. Tho I thought this after everything was done, that I wished my Curls could've been more poofy.

The hair cut looks okay...not quite what I wanted though. When I asked about color I was told they were both new and don't know how. No huge deal.. when she was cutting my hair, she kept pulling it hard with the comb. I said that hurts a few times and she didn't even respond. Had a bit of an attitude even when she checked me out and i tipped her. Have never had a bad experience here before. Will probably try a different place next time though.
