Quite an unpleasant experience, I would recommend another location or business. The haircut itself was alright at best, maybe worth 15 dollars, definitely not the 30 you’ll be paying. Stylist was nice but they had a bad working attitude. A picture of the desired style was provided and then a guard size recommended, it is not my normal size but said sure and said we can go shorter if needed. The stylist was not very pleased with my comment and seemed upset as if I was supposed to know which size I wanted before I came in and as if it was complete hassle for me to adjust. I had an appointment and had to wait regardless 15 minutes and my cut was done in 20 minutes. The wait I don’t mind, that’s the cost of business, however I do mind it when I get told “ you should know what want guard number you want as when you come in we have other customers”. Last time I checked I too was a paying customer, and it’s quite rude to say that after making the customer wait and then finishing their haircut in less than half an hour. Poor policy and management is not the customers fault.
