I ABSOLUTELY WAS A PUALED WITH THE STYLE IT WAS HORRIBLE THE CUT I ALSO DID NOT LIKE I WAS TOLD THERE WAS GOING TO BE BODY TO THE BACK AND NOTHING I WAS VERY VERY UNSATISFIED WHEN I TOOK A COUPLE OF DAYS TO SEE WHAT IT REALLY LOOKED LIKE NOT ONLY WAS WE TOLD 1 PRICE BUT IT WENT UP WHEN IT WAS TIME TO PAY WE WERE CHARGED EXTRA FOR STUFF DONE THAT WE DID NOT NEED I WONT BE RETURNING THERE AGAIN EVEN THOUGH THE LADY WAS NICE I HATED MY HAIR JOB DONE THERE

I’ve never had a bad experience here. However, every time I stop by or call during business hours lately, no one is there. My assumption is that they are no longer in business but there is no sign alluding to that. I stopped by 4 times this week, during business hours, and it was all locked up. Left a vm asking if they changed their business hours and no response, pretty sure they must have gone out of business.

Been having Michele cut my hair for YEARS…she is the best very professional and so friendly she is the only one I trust with my hair! Everyone else I had been to in the past has chopped it off but she listens to me every time I tell her exactly what I am wanting done to it. 😊

The manager of this store was unprofessional and rude! I asked specifically for my bangs to be cut below my nose, he cut them at my eyes, and said "they raised on me". Really??? Big mistake!!!

Walked in at the same time as another person and opened the door for her. It turns out there was only one stylist there so that meant I went from no wait to a 30 minute wait. I made a flippant remark about how if I had gotten there a few second earlier, there would have been no wait. The stylist said "Well we were busy all morning" in a surprisingly indignant tone. I chuckled and said something like 'cool, it is just kinda interesting that one minute makes a 30 minute difference. I was watching on the app and it has said "no wait" for the last 20 minutes.' "Well, we were busy all morning." in a slightly aggressive indignant tone. So I left and went somewhere else. Maybe I'll try again and hope I get a more professional and friendly stylist. I will never sit in that guy's chair though. In case management is reading this, my visit was at about 1:15pm on 6/24/21.

Steve is AMAZING. He is super knowledgeable, very thorough, and is a true professional. I go here often for a cut and color and request him all the time. He’s the one to ask for when you go. You will not be disappointed. 🤩🤩🤩

When I showed up at Supercuts I found that there was a policy for required masks, which I was not informed of prior to arriving. I came back with my mask and proceeded to wait for about 20 minutes. An elderly man later showed up for his 1:00 appointment while I had been waiting for my 12:30 appointment. I kept waiting and after a while, the hair dressers started on the man who’s appointment was scheduled for 30 minutes after my own. At this point it was about 1:10. There were no apologies or explanations from the employees. I left and went to Great Clips across the parking lot who served me immediately.
