Susan cut my hair today and was amazing! She was very professional and confident, but more importantly, she listened and asked me if I was happy before I left her chair. I plan to see her again for sure. Previous post was 1-star During covid fiasco in 2020: I stopped in to see about getting my hair done. They were busy at the time and offered to make an appointment. So far, so good, but then they insisted I have to wear a mask throughout the entire service. I get that's the corporate policy, but in enforcing it, they show no regard for my personal beliefs or past trauma. So, I will cut my own hair till all this political nonsense clears up.
