This Supercuts is a very nice salon. It’s newer and well kept and the stylists are pleasant. Martha has a lot of experience and she does well with color and cutting.

I had an appointment scheduled for 4:35 Pm and they close at 5pm. Jasmine was great. She cut my hair, however when I showed up a few minutes prior to my actual appointment on the Supercuts app an older lady I won’t say her name locked me out and would not let me in even though my appointment was 2 minutes away. Finally Jasmine let me in which was great of her. But very disappointed and did not like the way she treated me even when I got in the place she brushed me off saying how I was at the door and took someone else without an appointment ahead of me. Luckily Jasmine took me and was very nice. She also did a great job. So my 1 star is specifically for the other gal working side to her on Sunday dec 29th it was rude and I felt like I was judged by her somehow like it’s my fault for the app allowing my appointment at 435pm . Even after I showed her she brushed me off and the fact that I have an appointment in the system. With that being said , 5 stars for Jasmine.

Not good Had Appointment at 2:20 planned my day and then told you are 4th in line and others did not have appointments Sorry but you list client and I have already told 10 people and I will continue What kind of businesses asks for appointments and then tells them to pound sand Good luck and not happy with cut but you will become the next cost cutters
