Was asked if I wanted a full servoce, didn't receive it, yes I could have said something but by the end of the hair cut I wanted to leave, I asked for as short as you can go on the sides and they said I can go baby butt smooth to kinda give a comparison I said not this time maybe a little longer and I got a fade which I didn't want, growing out my hair minus the sides. No product offer, nothing and I paid 27 plus tip, yes I had a crappy experience but they still worked and deserved a tip

I had a reservation for 9:30, I arrived early. My stylist has busy with another customer. Finally was seated 25 minutes late. What’s the point of a reservation… if it’s not honored. Won’t be returning

I don't normally like going to super cuts unless for a trim cause I usually don't end up with what I want. Today I went and chopped off quite a bit off hair and I couldn't be happier with the outcome, it is exactly what I wanted. Totally not happy we asked for them to keep her lengthy and give her layers and they chopped her hair off and she has NO LAYERS AT ALL as you can see in the first photo her hair was extremely long. Now it's super short and no layers extremely disappointing
