Robert did my hair this time. Not only was he incredibly unprofessional, barking orders at other stylists and the clients, he was smoking in front of customers between clients in the back with the door wide open. Is this acceptable? Really nasty, rude, unprofessional behavior. I should have left as soon as he started badmouthing stylists who no longer worked for your company but I did not. Instead I got the worst haircut of my life. Do not see Robert unless you want to be butchered and insulted. I will never patronize another Supercuts again. Buyer beware.

we to the stylist what we wanted as far as our hair cuts and they just did what they wanted yes hair grows back but as a professional you need to do what the customer wants. let's say me being a hvac technician coming into your house to do a job and I just did whatever I wanted to do and you spent money how would you feel . the customer service is very poor as well someone came in for an appointment and was told to be there at 4:45 and they were very rude to be honest I'm surprised this place on south Virginia and delmonte is still in business

This review applies to the Damonte Ranch location. I signed in online nearly an hour before my appointment. I arrived 10 minutes early. There were 7 people waiting, three of whom had not checked in yet, and only one of whom had an online appointment. 40 minutes later they had seen 6 of those, including all of the ones who checked in after I arrived. I gave up after waiting 40 minutes. I have been using this location for about a decade, but I won't be back.

Armando did a fabulous job. I only ever need a simple trim and for the first time ever I had a stylist that actually cut my hair the way I wanted. He didn’t try to add layers or do any face framing. Just a simple perfectly straight trim. He was also extremely gently. I will definitely go back to see him again.

Sara at the DeMonte Ranch Parkway is very helpful. Gabby hung out within 10 minutes. She’s amazing hairstylist I love her to death and also my friend Jason recommended me to this location in Monte Ranch and he comes to the same store with him and his three daughters and his wife, Sarah has one of the most amazing stylist I’ve ever met in my life

Armando killed it. Very talented, passionate and attentive to detail! If you want someone that cares about your hair rather than just selling a product ask for Armando! He made sure to take his time and stood behind his craft, what an artist. Is also very patient with his guests (Was having a rough day) and made sure to make you feel welcomed and appreciated, Thanks!

Booked online was told when I got there the they don’t except that anymore, but it’s first come first service regardless of where you book it. This is a change after or five years of policy I wouldn’t go there anymore. Poor service

Good haircut from some of the staff on 1 occasion. It is inconsistent and overpriced on most all. They chop your hair and don't cut it as it is a rush job. The manager of many years I'm told cut my sons hair. They lady that picked up the phone said it is not the first time the GM of Damonte got complained upon. She needs to go and does Missy. This place is a disaster as there is no point to checking in online. They claim it is on not an appointment it just puts you in the queue...then they bombard you to go to the first available when asking for someone. This place is worth a 10 dollar chop shop cut if the gm is there of Damonte and Missy is still overseeing them. Ty to the lady that was truthful over the phone.

Robert is awesome. Always takes care of what I need without me asking. Trimmer my eyelashes. Shaves my ears. Does it all with good positive conversation.

Robert was amazing! I walked in not expecting to be seen but Robert had time abd I was amazed! I went in for a trim and more layers, then came out looking like “Ferrah Fawcett. I am very appreciative that Robert listened to me and it was perfect!!!

Been bringing my son here for awhile now and I've been pleased with how they cut his hair. 3/21/24 I came into Supercuts as a walk in today for my son to just get a trim. The lady was asking my phone number and I told her I didn't have an appointment. But was just looking to get my son's hair trimmed up. Justin , who has always cut my son's hair and who Has always been pleasant and done an awesome job on my son's hair came up and told the girl that she had to leave in ten minutes and he had all these other customers and walked away. That's when the young lady told me oh that's his way of saying we can't help you today. How the situation was handled was very unprofessional and rude. I was not greeted when I came and how the ending turned out made me feel very unwelcomed and unwanted in the establishment. Will not return and I will never recommend.

I am not sure why you check in online with a time if you’re not going to honor it. If I would have known I was going to wait an additional hour, I wouldn’t have rushed to get here on time. I have been coming to this Supercuts for a few years. This will definitely be the last time.

I strongly suggest you do not use the app to reserve an appointment. For the 3rd time in a row, I made an appointment thru the app to arrive and be told that I was not in there system. Yesterday (12/12/23), I showed the stylist a screen shot of the confirmation I received on my phone and yet a person that was a "walk in" was taken before me. Since she was getting a hair wash and cut, I chose to not wait.

It had probably been almost 20 years since I'd gone to a Supercuts... Well, the prices have more than doubled, but I guess that's expected. The haircut was proficient and the stylist was chatty but the cut was done in less than 10 minutes, despite the shop not being very busy. She forgot to show me the back of my head with the mirror when she was done, didn't ask about sideburn length, and didn't offer any hair product at the end. In summary, it's a bare bones cut delivered in a hurry because they are trained to give haircuts in a hurry. For about the same price, you could go to a local hair stylist and get a bit more attention to detail.

My stylist Emily Clark was most impressive. Emily is professional, courteous, a very nice person and gives a great haircut. Emily will progress to management quickly. I highly recommend this establishment.
