Went to the Rochester NH location. Monique has been doing my haircuts going back a couple of years… she is AWESOME!!! The time she takes at the end to wrap up all of the little “finishing details” is always so cool to watch - she is SO meticulous, it’s so cool to watch! I usually just check the app to see if she is there… if so I book; if not, I wait! (On this day, I was unable to schedule my appointment via the app for some reason, it wouldn’t let me enter my info, so I had to call. No big deal, but thought it was worth mentioning. As long as Monique is there, I will continue to use Super Cuts! Regardless of what she is currently getting paid, I say ITS NOT ENOUGH! She needs a raise!!!?

I've always had a good experience at this location. I have never had to wait very long, the staff is always friendly and I love that they're open on Sunday. Zero complaints
