I have naturally curly hair that was mid to lower back length. I asked for 2 inches to be trimmed. The girl was young and obviously had not much experience especially with curly. I asked for a face frame and she took scissors and chopped my hair off. Didn't measure and when I showed her the uneven lengths, she proceeded to cut more hair. The back of my hair is uneven and the length now is a little longer than my shoulders. I had to tell her not to cut my hair anymore because I knew it was way shorter than I asked for.

Sarah S. Was fantastic! She walked through the process with me and showed me different color choices based on what I wanted. She was very patient as I don’t have a lot of experience dyeing my hair. I felt super comfortable with her and will be going back.

I’m new to San Antonio and with every new place, a haircut can be scary! Luckily I had Theresa take care of my at this Supercuts Alamo ranch location hours before an interview. I had a great conversation with her while she left no stone unturned when working on my hair. The cut turned out great and I will be back to see her, I’ll be going to the interview with confidence now!

I had never been to Supercuts before went to store 82 511 and Teresa was there too help me out with my haircut. I had long layers and told her that I wanted them shorter and she did a magnificent job on my haircut. I was able to come home and style it without any problems. My students, friends, and family love how my hair looks now! I am a happy client. Thanks again Theresa!!!

Please don’t bother if you want quality haircut. My bangs are uneven as is the trim. My actual hairline at the back is completely uneven. I went there for convenience and….That’s all it was. On top of that, they charged me 10 extra dollars for “length“ without any extra benefit. I said specifically where I want in my bang line to go. It is half a centimeter higher with bangs that I have had to continue to trim myself that were missed. The stylist paid no attention to whether my hairline was even either with my bangs or the back of my actual hair. Please pass this situation up if you want to get a quality haircut. Do yourself a favor and don’t pay 30+ dollars for a haircut and want it to be a “SuperCut”
