Checked in online at 1:00 for a 1:15 appointment. Arrived on time, but had to wait 30 minutes. Had to leave at 1:45 without a haircut to get to a chiropractor appointment. It seems to me that the check-in system should "know" when the stylist is running late and compensate by adjusting available check-in times.

I been going to this location for a long time The service is always good, they always have enough stylists to meet the demand so the wait time is reasonable, I am happy with my haircut, the staff is friendly and the after nuck neck massage is sublime.

I got a very good cut from Michelle today. I showed her a few pics of me, w/ cuts I've had in the past & she followed them very well. I got a wash for extra pampering & she treated me to a relaxing head massage.

Very professional nice stylist too often I ask for a scissor cut and they grab the Electric shears and go crazy so nice to have someone that actually listen and do a great job. Nice to clean up eyebrows also! Always impressed here on Almaden

We had a worst experience, the person who cut my daughter’s hair is very unprofessional and cut the hair very unevenly and they don’t even listen when we tell them to make it even.
