This was my first time at the Brokaw location. I had been going to the Capital/Berryessa location for over 20 years, but I was so frustrated with the unavailability and the unhelpful attitude from the stylists @ that Supercuts location when trying to book a haircut there. I decided to try the Brokaw location and I’m so grateful that I did. I will not be going back to Capital/Berryessa Supercuts. Brokaw is now my new location. Sue was so friendly and she did a great job on my curly hair. Also, I can book an appointment online the day before, which is so much more convenient since I’m not always free in the morning to book for that day.

The lady stylist, Ionica, was so nice and accommodating to customers. She was on duty January 17 at 6:40 PM.

Appointment went great! Sue is a terrific stylist and so friendly. Got my son ready for his graduation pictures and caught up on the holiday season. Going to bring my daughter back next month and reload on some products, and will see her again soon. I just wish the extra $3 to request our stylist went to Sue

Ionica cuts my curly hair with no problem! Elsewhere, hairstylists have told me that they would need to straighten my hair before cutting it, but Ionica doesn’t need to do that…she knows how to handle all hair textures and always gives me a precision cut. I’m sticking with Ionoca at Supercuts!
