$37 for a military style haircut is outrageous. The employee seemed to have never used the clippers before. I ended up telling her it was good enough just so she would stop cutting. I’ll go home and finish the job with my own clippers. I won’t be returning.

Awful experience. Just needed my hair cleaned up and my beard lined up after I went a little to high on my morning shave the other day. Lady told me "I'm sorry this is super cuts, we don't do that." Speant maybe less then 5 minutes in the chair just to be charged 40 bucks. ABSOLUTELY HIGHWAY ROBBERY! NEVER GO THERE FOR QUALITY CUT

Bill has cut my hair 3 times now and has done an excellent job each time. He asks what I want done and it turns out just like I hoped. The shop is always neat and clean and the staff is always helpful and friendly. That's why I keep coming back.

I had a great experience with Bill Bates. I needed a trim for professional headshots. He listened and understood the assignment. Normally I buzz my own hair, but this time I needed it clean and tight. I am very satisfied. I’m even putting a little clay pomade in my hair now for thickness. Thanks Bill!

Tiffany was great! I just needed a quick trim on long, fine hair. The cut she did made it feel full and healthy. She gave me some great tips on products and how to use them without feeling at all like she was trying to sell me something. She was quick and did a great job. I'll definitely be back!
